Very little wait time and they always do a great job! I’ve been coming here for a year and will keep going back!

I have been coming here for about a year and a half, and I absolutely love it! They are fast and very fairly priced. My brows always look great. I get them threaded and tinted, and they are always thick enough and well shaped, and never too dark! Highly recommend this place

Kapi did my brows, super precise, great arch! Finally, I found a place close to home that I can trust… to think I was traveling all the way to Naperville for great brows! Kapi, thanks so much!

I have been going to Brows Threading since they opened. There is usually only one girl there to do the threading. Since I began going there have been three threaders. I have had great experiences until the latest girl started. I like my eyebrow full, natural and clean. I loved the results in the past and I actually even referred a handful of strangers here who complimented my eyebrow shape. Unfortunately, the last few times I have had a very disappoint experience. My eyebrow threading has left my eyebrows uneven and thin. I am so disappointed because the location is convenient and I prefer threading over waxing.

Quick, easy, only complaint is that the pain was much more than the normal threading places that I’m used to. Not sure if it was just the woman who was working there today though.

I’ve been here several times. The owner has done a wonderful job, (I wish I knew their names) but there’s another girl who works here who has messed up my eyebrows 2x. I went in last week (last min I couldn’t go to my regular spot) and specifically said «long and thick. Just a clean up» well, I left with thin and UNEVEN eyebrows! So THIN!!! Totally different shape. I’m still in disbelief every time I look at myself in the mirror. Not even filling them in make them look «OK». I have to wait several months to get my thick beautiful eyebrows back!
1 stars because the staff is friendly and place is clean/​cute. But never again! :(

Like many girls, I’m a little skittish about trusting my brows in the hands of anyone new. But I really, really didn’t feel like schlepping over to East Lakeview and waiting forever to see my normal threader, so I decided to give this place a try since it’s only a couple blocks away and the price was right.
I wish I could remember the name of the woman who did my brows, but she was lovely. I explained in great detail what I wanted, and pointed out a spot where no hair grows. She did an excellent job, and my skin wasn’t as red as it normally gets which was a bonus. I’d totally come back here.
Bonus: she gave me a punch card thing, so after so many visits you get a free threading. I’m always down for a deal!
Note: they do take credit, but tips must be in cash.

Have gone here for one year; three different ladies have done my eyebrows… each one does a WONDERFUL job! Definitely a neighborhood gem. Highly recommended.

I’m VERY skeptical of letting people touch my eyebrows besides Sharda (in Bloomingdale, IL), but I desperately needed them done. I ended up coming here last week and she perfectly shaped my eyebrows without making them too thin. I loved the outcome and for some reason, I barely got irritated/​red (which I always do). The only negative was that she threads very slowly from what I am used to, so it lasts longer and is more painful. but regardless I will definitely be a returning customer!

This place was great — would highly recommend to anyone in the area! The couple who runs the shop is incredibly friendly as well. Just as heads up, you can’t tip on your card so bring cash.

Easily accessible for street parking, and I got in right away! I have a low tolerance for pain, but my brows look great!

The staff here is friendly. You get such a great deal. My eyebrows always look like a mess coming in and look perfectly arched and clean when I leave.

Terrific! She did a great job and the whole thing took 10 minutes. I like full, somewhat thick brows, and some threaders just go nuts and take everything off. She actually listened when I said I just wanted a clean-​up, and she shaped my overgrown brows beautifully.
It’s cold out now, so it hurt more than normal, and I was red afterwards. $ 9 is a great price for Lakeview– and they take credit cards!

I’ve recently moved to Chicago from NYC and I am an admitted eyebrow snob. I’ve been to a couple other threading places in the area but I won’t be going anywhere else but here from now on. The woman who did my brows stopped twice on each brow to make sure it was the shape that I wanted. I ended up with two perfectly shaped brows. I will definitely be coming back!

This place is wonderful. I purchased a groupon and was extremely pleased. The woman who did my eyebrows was wonderful. She kept apologizing because it was taking a while, but my eyebrows look better than they ever have because of it. It was virtually painless, even though I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded many times and usually am wincing in pain throughout the whole thing. She even gave an eyebrow massage, which was AWESOME and something I’ve never had done before when getting my eyebrows threaded. Love this place, and there’s no doubt I’ll be back.

As someone who is very particular about her eyebrows (and I exclusively get them threaded), I highly recommend this place. I just moved to the area and needed to find a new place within walking distance from my place and this is it. This place is a very basic set up and there were only two employees in the salon at this time (on a Tuesday evening) and no customers, so the wait time was non-​existent.
The owner — didn’t catch her name — did my eyebrows and wow. She consulted with me first to ask me which shape I wanted to keep since apparently, I had two different shapes going on… yikes! She fixed the shape for me and listened to me when I told her that I like to keep my brows full (i.e. not too thick and not too thin).
Pain? None which was shocking since there is usually some pain involved (and I can handle it). Time commitment? Not long at all — I’d say about the 10 minute mark. I have never had anyone do my eyebrows so quickly and so well.
My only very minor criticism is that she didn’t use tweezers to do any additional clean up. With that said, I’m not even sure she needed to use tweezers this time since I walked in with very short hairs and she was able to get most of them out with just the threading. Rock star. I think I’m just used to having additional hairs plucked out. I don’t know how this will change next time or if she has a no tweezers policy (as with some other places I’ve been).
Oh, btw, if you’re wondering about cost — it’s $ 9 for eyebrow threading. Awesomely affordable!
In any case highly recommend this place and I plan to come by every 2 – 3 weeks (or as long as I can handle eyebrow hair growth). Also, selfishly, I’m reviewing them because I want them to stay in business for as long as I’m an area resident. :)
