My husband called this company for carpet installation recently. One employee; Jesse, that supposedly has been with the company for 20 years was absolutely rude and inexperienced. He argued with my husband most of the day (very crabby) about why the carpet he laid down looks bad. He blamed my husband’s choice of carpet as the reason it wouldn’t lay flat on the stairs. Obviously, this employee never laid carpet on stairs. When my husband called the Sales Manager, and the Sales Manager said he was on his way, Jesse tried to hurry and pull the carpet up. The Sales Manager; George was professional and apologized and had different guys come out to replace the bad job. One bad apple does spoil an entire bunch. Won’t deal with this company anymore.
