Me and my wife went in this branch to open accounts to transfer some money to a different bank. And as from other banks, we were expecting friendly staff and good customer service but our experience was completely opposite.
The branch manager was rude and practically yelling while we were sitting right in front of him. And to make matters worse– he was racist and to him, all Asians are Chinese. This was a shocking experience and not only we decided not to open any account with Chase, I even canceled my existing credit card.
So if you’re looking to go into this branch, I would recommend one of the following things–
1) don’t go. Go to a different branch or a different bank!
2) leave your self respect home and deal with the super unfriendly manager.
