I have been using this business for quite a while, but today I entered and a clerk that I didn’t know was alone and talking on the phone. He was a young Asian and speaking in another language. I entered and put my laptop on the counter so he would know I was there on business. He gave no acknowledgement of my presence, no wave, no eye contact… nothing. I stood back and browsed for approximately 10 minutes and at no time did the clerk say anything to me, he just continued with his conversation. Not even when I picked up my laptop and walked out the door. Obviously, he doesn’t need my business. I will not go back to that establishment for any type of service.

I have been a part of this computer club for a few years and I have seen it go from being the epitome of great customer service to the TOILET!!! I recently took my computer to get serviced in March of THISYEAR, and I have gotten it cleaned before for viruses and such at the SAMELOCATION, with no problem, they ask me if everything went well, even give me things like mouse pads, pens, etc. But now, oh my goodness. I had a virus, got it cleaned, now I have lost programs… I was told it was my responsibility to put the programs back, why did I wait so long(30 days), I need to call and get the program keys, blah blah blah. I am not a technician by trade, if I had it before you cleaned it and the other times you cleaned it, why dont I have it now??? I need my programs back, otherwise inform the consumer that information will be lost! I got connected, sent to voicemail, long wait time to speak to someone, but when things are well and there is no talk of refund, great customer service, if there is a problem that they are responsible for, they will drop you like a bad habit. So if you are looking for reputable service with good customer care DONOTBRINGYOURCOMPUTERHERE!
