Our Showroom in Oak Brook Center, Oak Brook IL needed the services of Chicago Sounds Services on ⁷⁄₂₀. We needed their expertise for an event and a quality microphone system was needed for this event. Joe, Chicago Sound Services was sent to our showroom. We had complications with our showroom equipment and Joe was diligent about staying on top of this situation. Not only did he stay on top of it, he had a great positive attitude the entire time, despite it had to be challenging for him to work with our equipment. I was so grateful for his expertise in the field of audio but equally pleased with his «stay at it until it is perfect» attitude. Great job to the staff of Chicago Sounds Services for hiring efficient and very nice team members. We will definitely do business again!

I really can’t say enough about my experience with this company. We had to rent some equipment at the last minute for a school performance. Dan and Joe were both responsive, professional, and generous with their time and patience. From the drop off and setup by Joe to the pickup by Dan, everything went much better than I expected. I had no idea that they provided such comprehensive service! My thoughts that they would just drop off the equipment and I would have to figure it out on my own were quickly dispelled when Joe arrived and made sure we had everything set up, checked, and profiled in the sound board. It made running the sound for our show incredibly easy and eased my mind tremendously!
As someone who has no idea what I’m doing around a sound board, I truly appreciated how awesome these guys were. I would definitely use them again and recommend them sincerely to anyone who is looking for a good company run by great people!

Dan was amazingly quick, efficient and easy to work with! We had a two-​day event at the Sheraton O’Hare Hotel that he provided basic A/​V equipment for. He stayed to ensure his equipment worked well with our mics and his prices were quite competitive.
We will definitely call him next time we’re in the area!

Got great service at a good price when I rented audio equipment (speakers, mic, mixer) for our wedding. Before the event they helped me figure out how much equipment I needed and didn’t try to upsell stuff I didn’t need. They were quick to reply on email and helpful on the phone. They showed me how to use everything before I took off with the equipment and drop-​off was a breeze.
They were 20% cheaper than the next best price for the same equipment and had more flexible drop-​off/​pick-​up schedules. I’ll rent from them again whenever I need sound equipment.
