I’ve been a customer of Charlie’s for a while. The clerks are efficient and courteous. I’ve never had any trouble with them. Although another reviewer complained that the employee was talking on the phone in a foreign language, it seems strange to criticize someone for not having English as a first language. The same is true for many Americans, or at least for our parents, or grandparents, etc. The clerks all communicate with their customers quite well.

This is one of the worst USPS substations. They have misinformed me several times as to being able to track packages using Priority Mail among other things. Most of the time one of the clerks is on their cell phone speaking to someone in another language very loudly. Go anywhere else!
