Clear Internet

Clear had shown me what they think of its customers. Been a loyal customer for many years. Has some issues, but that soon changed the day we (me & my family) moved. We moved to a low income neighborhood, because that was what I could afford. That’s when I started having connectivity issues. Well in turned out the closest Tower was about 3 miles or better away in 2 different directions in of course, well to do neighborhoods. They must not think the poor are worthy enough to proved decent service for, but they will put their salespeople in it to run loose signing them up for some cheap internet service, with some false promises and information. One being why they don’t have a tower in poor neighborhoods. So, we practically don’t get service at all cause you can not even stay online. But the gladly take your money every month.

This review will only address the internet services that I have received through Clear and not this particular retail location.
I am about a block away from a tower in Edgewater. My internet speeds usually below .3 Mbps and often times well below that. Loading gmail takes roughly 15 seconds and forget about streaming anything from youtube or netflix. Overseas tech support is not helpful either.
Go with another provider if you can. Service may be more expensive, but at least it will be useable.
