Cobblestone Development

Not the best rental practices. They stood us up for an appointment to look at an apartment. We had to call them to find out they weren’t coming. We met a current tenant outside while waiting with our small dog we were told to bring so they could meet and approve. After waiting a half hour the current tenant offered to show us his unit which is very similar to the one we were suppose to see.
We loved it and wanted to sign. We reached back out 3 more times only for them to then say we don’t want dogs. The posting said small dogs upon review. If you don’t want dogs then don’t include it in your posting.

Competence, Integrity, and Customer Service are the three characteristics shown by Bill Conforti and Cobblestone Development, Inc. in carrying out several work projects on my 3-​flat building. Bill certainly knows the construction and business. I trust his recommendations. He delivered timely customer service with a high level of expertise and integrity. Questionable rental practice. I looked at an apartment that was rented within 10 minutes after I had looked at it to another party. Beware of getting into an endless loop of looking at properties that are not really available. Flippant attitude when I brought this to their attention.

I heard some good reviews about cobblestone and decided to have someone come to my home for an estimate for remodeling and repairs (kitchen, bathroom, flooring, drywall and tuck pointing). A guy came out, he was nice. He spent about 1.5 hours looking at our home and stated he would speak to my husband and I in 3 days and give us the estimate and cost. Well 3 days came and we did not hear from him. I called him and he stated he would email me right away and discuss possible start times if we wanted. Well its been almost 2 weeks later and he failed to call us back or email us the estimate. Failure to follow up with client you have started to work with is not good business. This was a sign for me to take my money and go elsewhere. Wont be calling again!!!

We used Cobblestone Development to repair a wall after we had a fireplace removed. Rodney Conforti was extremely helpful and very honest and straightforward. He also gave helpful advice for additional projects we may work with them on. We were very pleased with the completed work and we look forward to working with them again.
