STAY AWAY from this property! It’s new construction and the units are really, really nice but it’s a very troubled building, with 22 of 39 units being rentals that are under foreclosure proceedings because the landlord/​developer has filed for bankruptcy and somehow continues to use the rent money he collected to develop other properties. The HOA is suing him, his lender is suing him and the property is under receivership. Buying or renting is a disaster and forget about property management– there is none (Tri-​View is named but does next to nothing). Most renters got evictions summonses when the HOA started proceedings against the landlord, Viktor Jakovljevic of Aved Group/​Wabash Homes/​Vivify Services.
