Comfort Mattress Outlet

We found this store on Unilocal,and encouraged by the good reviews, we headed over to the store. We were not disappointed. We explained what we were looking for, and the manager found us the perfect mattress. We bounced on a few others just to make sure because we couldn’t believe it was that easy. It got better. The mattress was delivered just 2 hours later! We barely had time to finish our errands and get home. And, they took our old mattress away for us! I would definitely go there again!

Am I glad I stumbled onto this company’s ad on Craig’s List. From the minute I walked in, I got nothing but stellar customer service. I literally was in and out of there in probably 30 minutes (I like to get things done quickly since I usually know what I’m looking for).
The people who work there are very knowledgeable and very helpful — they had a wide variety of high-​quality mattresses and furniture for the sometimes small spaces of Chicago apartments! They have dedicated street parking right out front — just use your flashers before getting out of your car.
I also got same-​day delivery, which was punctual and the delivery guys were fantastic! I will definitely be coming back here when I’m ready to purchase more bedroom/​living room furniture! Thank you so much to everyone who works there!

I am happy to be the first to review the Comfort Mattress Outlet. I had a five star experience from start to finish. Believe me shopping for a new bed isn’t my idea of fun, but when I found myself sleeping on the floor after a recent split I didn’t really have a choice. Due to a very tight budget I thought for sure I would have to go the route of Craigslist. I went to a few name brand stores as well as some smaller shops and couldn’t find anything I liked in my price range. That was until I came to the Comfort Mattress Outlet. At first I mistakenly walked into a furniture store 1 block west of the Comfort Mattress Outlet and was really disappointed to find that the shop owner to busy talking to his friends to help me and made me feel super awkward by staring at me while I browsed. Luckily as I headed out I realized the Mattress outlet was across the street. It was around 4:30 on a weekday and I decided to just leave my car in front with my blinkers on because I had very low expectations. I was warmly greeted by the shop owner who gave me space to look around and the attention I needed to get all of my questions answered. He then asked me a few questions and led me to the exact mattress I was looking for that was exactly in my budget. The bed I choose was not in stock but since it was manufactured in Wisconsin (Symbol Mattress) I could have it delivered by the end of the week. It’s been 2 weeks now since I’ve had my new bed and I love it. It is a soy memory foam hybrid that is extra firm and is amazing for my back. I also purchased a platform bed frame as opposed a traditional box spring and frame which both saved me money AND provides plenty of room for storage underneath. I’m so happy that I was able to get exactly what I needed and support both local business and manufacturing. Go to Comfort Mattress Outlet, you will not be disappointed!
