This place was absolutely amazing. I cracked my MacBook Air screen and after researching repair prices I was convinced I’d be paying an arm and a leg to get it fixed. So I decided to come here and hope for the best. Not only were my expectations met, but they were exceeded. Arturo was very prompt, polite, and customer service oriented. Maybe 2 hours after dropping my computer off, he called and informed me that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. He gave me a GREAT bargain with an offer I couldn’t refuse. Let’s just say I paid less than half of what I would have paid at Apple or any other repair shop. I highly recommend this place for any computer related repairs. :-)

I am completely convinced that Technology hates me… It never works for me and is always an issue. I was looking for a trustworthy place to take my laptop where they would be able to save my hard drive without charging an arm and a leg. I found Arturo at compuXpress and from the moment I walked into the shop I knew that this was the right place for me. Not only was the service honest and trustworthy it was reasonably priced. He explained what happened to my computer, what needed to be done and also walked me through all the steps. This was great considering I don’t undertand anything about the technology world. I wasn’t ask to purchase or install anything I didn’t need. I left there with an improved laptop, in fact a better laptop than when I purchased it. I received good advice and was provided with great follow up on the progress of my repairs. I will be bringing my laptop here going foward and would recommend anyone who wants good and trust worthy work to as well.

Phenomenal service and price. I had a laptop that needed repair and dropped it off at this shop. Constant communication on what was wrong and when it would be fixed (and actually honored their estimated time frame!). This is the only shop that I will take my laptop to from now on!

If only more businesses where like this! Bought my first computer with them years ago, and I am still a customer. I like knowing that I am getting great and fast service, because who would want to be without their computer for long? The guys here are really helpful and friendly.

Quality and service: As I consider where I wish to do business theses are the two major things that help mold my decision. The Folks at compuXpress are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Even though I went in for firewall protection, I noticed that the products were top tier and the service was impeccable. I was asked about my needs and catered to. I was also informed of some of the newer offerings that might help me going forward. The approach was consultative and I did not feel pushed or like I was being sold. In an era where we often forget about service, these guys remember that you are the customer and I value that. I have referred family members to compuXpress and will continue to support this community service.
