Concorde saved my business trip when my marketing materials were lost in transit between San Diego and Chicago. They weren’t able to reprint everything I needed in time, but they referred me to someone who could and even called ahead to make sure the other shop stayed open to help. I am so incredibly grateful for the services that my fiancé and I received from Concorde Printing & Copying. I had to rush print my wedding materials and contacted the company via phone. I was immediately assisted by their friendly staff and was able to submit my materials online for printing. I was a bit picky about the paper I wanted it printed on and was clueless about what types of paper are even out there! I was invited to come in and was shown samples of paper that the information could be printed on. I selected the paper and within 24 hours, I received an email that my order needed approval to print! During my visit I had mentioned another order I was considering through Vista Print. Dom, who had met with me, offered to match those printing services but for quicker delivery and even better quality! Within 24 hours my order was ready to be picked up! Due to my busy schedule, we had the runner service that Concorde Printing offers deliver the order to my fiancé’s office. Beautiful, isn’t it? How convenient! Concorde Printing is running a fantastic operation and I would recommend them to every business of any size to them. We were looking to do a mailer to approximately 40,000 people across the country and this was our first time. Everyone at Concorde from Steve, our initial sales rep, to the owner Dom offered guidance the entire way. They were willing to put in the extra work to make sure we fit all postal regulations and that our mailer went out in a timely fashion. Every single interaction was very pleasant across the board and we look forward to working with them again in the near future.
No need to look around when you are looking to use a printer. Concorde does everything in house from start to finish and you should just save your time by going with them.

I needed some business cards printed urgently and came in on a friday. The guys expedited the order so I could pick it up the same day.
When a client pulled me into a last minute meeting, I was unable to pick up the cards and Concorde is closed on Saturday and Sundays.
Despite this, Steve hand delivered them to my hotel lobby at a time that worked for me and processed my payment on site.
The cards look fantastic and the price was good as well. I’m a returning customer as well and will continue to give them business.

I had a rush job and they did it with aplomb. It turned out simply beautiful. I had a prospective client call after receiving it to tell me it was the classiest piece he had ever seen from a local realtor. Nice feedback. Nice job. I’d definitely work with them again.

Judging by the plethora of huge, high-​volume business printing machines in their office, my requested print job for them (of printing some wedding portraits in extra large 20×30″ size for a family Christmas gift) was probably not exactly the type of business that they’re necessarily looking for — but they treated me like it was an order for a 20,000 piece business presentation for a huge company. The quality of print was FLAWLESS (the matte finish looks awesome!) and they were very friendly. Because I got stuck late at work until 6pm, I missed my pick-​up time at 4:30pm (and they close at 5pm)… but, on a whim, I called anyway to see if someone picked up. A happy voice answered and offered to stick around (already 1 hour past closing time!) to meet me there for late pick-​up. AWESOME. This place rocks.

Concorde Printing is the only place I go to get printing done. I came on a referral to get some business cards and have since gone back many times for different print jobs for my small sports business. Dom and his staff are great, they are friendly and very helpful. I now use this place as my go to printer. The do fast turnaround for a fair price and have never let me down. Kinko’s has nothing on these guys, trust me. Highly recommended!

Being in the advertising agency business, having a team of printers and miracle workers on your side is essential to getting the job done. Whether for day-​to-​day printing and copying — presentation decks, creative boards or uncommon printing like vinyl signs or other crazy requests — Dom, Steve and the team handle it with confidence, a smile and can-​do attitude. Because if our work is not done on time and to specification, it can ruin a multi-​million dollar opportunity. I trust these guys will get the job done. I also use Concorde for other smaller stuff like business cards, flyers, thank you note cards and more.

Shocking level of incompetence and terrible customer service.
Go anywhere else. Really. Do yourself a favor. Lots of nice reviews here, but based on my experience think they’re written by the staff.
Had a very simple print job — 10 photos, custom cut to Ikea frame specs.
First of all, they made it really complicated with multiple phone calls and e-​mails. Which means it’s five or six biz days later until they’re ready.
Except when I get there, guy says ‘Oh, I had you down for tomorrow’ (no apologies, just a flat out lie).Tells me to come back in 15 mins. I do, turns out they’ve mounted them with bubbly laminate. So he tells me to come back in 30 mins for prints that will fit in frame. Of course, still not ready. Nearly two hours later, I finally take the prints back to my office.
To find our — they’re cut to the wrong size.
That’s when the real drama ensues. They somehow cannot believe they could ever cut pix to the wrong size. Long internal investigation into how on earth this could happen. I’m not interested — just want the pictures in time to hang on wall for boss’s visit.
I suggest they reprint, I’ll pick up. They say no, we want proof. I say I don’t want to waste more time on this — can you have them ready to go when I come in with your proof that I know how to use a ruler. Nope. It costs money to print.
Fine. I drop off the prints, tell them I’ll be back in an hour to pick it up. And of course, they’re not ready. They (finally!!!) offer to drop them by my office when done.
And guess what — STILL NOT THE RIGHT SIZE AND ONE PICTURE MISSING.
Unbelievable.

I walked in with a scarf to be copied onto paper and Steve said I LOVE arts and crafts. He even trimmed the edges for me while we got acquainted. The scarf papers are beautiful and Steve couldn’t have been more helpful.

Their FTP upload works smoothly, they pdf a proof the same day and then print and deliver the job. …and the prices are right.

These Guys Rock! Had a very small print job consisteing of propsals & a 2’x3’ poster. Everything had to look great and was coming in last minute. Not only did Steve promise to re-​open teh stoer for me at 9pm when teh files were supposed to come in… but he kept his promise when the files didn’t come in until 2am. Steve and the owner came in, opened the shop, printed everything and gave it to me with a smile at 2:45 am! I will go back to Concorde again & again. They define high quality & great service.

Concorde to the rescue!
Last week I walked into Concorde after a botched printing job on some envelopes I needed for a personal event.
I desperately (and immediately) needed the job redone and Steve was so nice and accommodating. They made my job a priority and he called me throughout the day with updates on my order. Soon thereafter they were ready for pickup!
One of the nicest things is that looking at the bigger picture I realize that my small envelope project was probably peanuts to them but I would’ve never known it by the service I received. :)

I’m from NY — and was traveling to Chicago for a trade show. My printer dropped the ball printing my catalogs and flyers. Without the flyers — we would have nothing to give to potential customers at the show. It was an ugly (and stressful) situation.
I sent a frantic (admittedly desperate) email to several printers in Chicago 48hrs before the show started. I don’t know if you’ve ever been in this situation… not fun?
I got an email back from Dom almost immediately «we can do it!» Then a follow up call from Steve (at 11pm) to talk things through. When I arrived in Chicago the next morning, I went right to Concorde and met with the team to see what can be done. Immediately they made my project the priority, and worked diligently (and into the night) to set-​up and print my projects (2000 pcs of 6 different flyers). They saved the day (and the show for my business), and they did it with a smile. I truly appreciate them and fully recommend Concorde Printing. They’re a professional group who knows what they’re doing — and they do it well. I will use no other printer.

I never actually made it into the store because I had such a horrible experience over the phone with this place. I first went to their website to check out their custom print services, but none of their prices were online. I submitted a quote request online as recommended and it took over 2 days for someone to contact me. The guy who called rudely said «I’ve been trying to contact you» as if I had been ignoring his calls — I explained that I hadn’t received any calls or emails before then, so wasn’t sure what had happened. He seems bothered but continued to ask me questions about my request. We talked for a few minutes about what I wanted and then he said he would get back to me later with a price quote. WELL… here I am weeks later with no response ever from him! Thankfully I found Instant Printing Corp the next day and they were super helpful and able to print my job within hours, so I didn’t waste any more time waiting for Concorde to get back to me. Do they NOT want more business or customers? Rude!

I’ve used Concorde for the last 10 years. They are now GREEN Chicago Printers — printing on recycled paper with vegetable based inks on exhaust free presses and claim Bike Messengers as another Greenie. Well that’s all good but the best way I know to be «Green» is to print the job correctly in the first place so you don’t fill up the landfills. They do a good job. The pre-​press dept is especially talented.
