Similarly, I’d give them 0 stars. Worst landlord ever. Kind of creepy. Smells like smoke. Comes over and argues with you about why you don’t need the things fixed that you say you do. So glad I’m out of this place.

I would give DaBeca zero stars if I could. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a landlord. Mario (the landlord) never repaired anything, even when our bathroom sink was caving in. He smoked late at night outside our window. He never returned calls. Finally when I moved out (and told him with 2 months notice) he told me that I never lived there and would not tell the Apartment People that I lived there or paid rent, after living there for two years. This man is terrible. Do not rent an apartment from this person. It will make your life a living hell.
