In 2001 I had Daniel H. Builders complete a small kitchen project which included the installation of wall tile and under cabinet lighting. I was extremely pleased with the results so when I had a major painting project which included dry wall repair I did not hesitate to use them in 2012. Besides painting three rooms, (bedroom, bathroom, living-​dining room) additional issues such as the original dry wall nails peeping out of the bedroom ceiling and the dry wall tape at the ceiling was separating in all rooms needed to be addressed. I wanted them to use Benjamin Moore paint but Daniel assured me that the paint they would use would be the equivalent. After completion in April 2012 it appeared that all issues were addressed but by November 2012 I noticed some serious problems including the separation of the dry wall tape at the ceiling. When I first spoke with Daniel he informed that the separation of the ceiling/​wall dry wall was to be expected. In January 2013 after consulting another painter I found out that dry wall tape was never used. I again complained to Daniel who informed me that «no one uses dry wall tape» and offered to install a silicone seal which I then could paint. I checked my contact and noticed that installation of dry wall tape was to be applied ‘when needed’. Using Daniel’s logic since no one uses dry wall tape no tape was needed. I am extremely dissatisfied with my last project and will not use them in the future.

Recently had my kitchen redone, they did a fantastic job, very professional. Dan is a great guy and listened to all my concerns and needs. I highly recommend Daniel Henry Builders.

How bout some reviews from someone who actually had work done?
I have had three projects done through Dan. Most recently an emergency plumbing repair from frozen attic pipes.
His renovations are stellar and is always on time. Once the job starts he will clean at the end of every visit so you don’t have to step over any junk.
He has done full rehabs in the Hancock and bathrooms down the street. I trust in Daniel Henry builders to bid accurately and get the job done right and on time.

Gave a bid for $ 500 more than any other bid we got for some drywall work. Just be cautious when doing business with!
