Davey really knows his stuff. He cares about his people. He is always there for encouragement and just to see how things are going. He has also become a friend. I have been doing the Insanity workout for just over a month. He has been there every step of the way. Davey also checks to see how I am doing with my nutrition. I don’ t think I could’ve gotten this far without him. He’s really helping me transform my body and life.
