Our best experience with a real estate agent. We’ve bought a few homes over our lives and we never look forward to working with real estate agents. Period. Deborah was referred to us by a friend and from the start, we were comfortable with her. She’s clearly an expert in Chicago real estate, knew the neighborhoods, restaurants, vibe, school system, everything. These are all things I would expect from an agent. But I found that Deborah went the extra mile. We were moving from out of state so I think we were extra needy with our schedules, limited time in town and our obsession with real estate websites. Deborah took all that in stride and methodically went through our haphazard website selections and either helped us rule them out or keep them as possibilities. We have closed on our house last month, pretty seamlessly, and know we will be very happy in our home.
