Went there for drinks when Broncos bar next door was full. Bad service, bad food. Go someplace else.

Stopped in for a drink after a Cubs game. Got a seat outside on their patio area which is pretty nice, but apparently they can’t have people out there after a certain time(10 or 11pm). Our server told us it was closing in about 10 mins. when we ordered. Right on the hour they came out and made everyone move inside. Probably a civil ordinance thing, but still annoying. FYI there is a bathroom attendant. He was nice enough, but have some change ready.

Let me start off by saying, «SHAME, SHAME, SHAMEONYOU!» For the Chicago Cubs wildcard playoff game, I stood in line for 10 minutes and as I waited the cover charge price was increasing rapidly. INITIALLY the cover charge originated at $ 10, by the time I reached the front of the line the cover charge had increased to $ 40. As one can see enthusiastic Chicago Cub fans patiently waiting in line to enter the bar, one sees EVENMOREENTHUSIASTICSECURITYSTAFFLAUGHINGATTHEINCREASINGCOSTOFTHECOVERCHARGE. The whole process was borderline humiliating for Wrigleyville patrons, who SPECIFICALLY chose this bar to enjoy a FREE televised game. NEVERAGAINDEUCESANDDIAMONDS! Our server was inattentive and got our orders wrong multiple times. We didn’t like her attitude. I checked my bank statement today to see that she gave herself twice the tip. Otherwise, my Moscow mule and fried pickles were delicious. Nice atmosphere too

Went on a slower Saturday night(after a Cubs game) but got really good vibes from this place. No cover to get in, really good music, and a nice outdoor setup with a sort of bungalow feel. They have a pool outside, which a couple of drunk people jumped into with everyone’s encouragement. That said, it’s not the place you go to for a drink with someone special, it’s a more upbeat, «let’s party» place. And oh yea, the music is extremely loud inside the bar. Like I have to yell at the top of my lungs and you still won’t hear me loud. I didn’t mind it but I did have a few drinks before I arrived at the bar, so my sense of hearing was probably already impaired. The drinks are on the pricey side or at least what I ordered was. I asked for a shot of tequila and it was like $ 13. I don’t usually order my own drinks so maybe I have no clue what I’m talking about, but that seems like a bit much unless they gave me some top shelf s**t. Regardless, It’s still a place I plan on going to again. P. S. My friends and I sat outside in one of the cabanas. We didn’t order a bottle or rent it and weren’t asked to pay.

Unbelievably awful. We were at the bar in CLEARVIEW of the bartender and she walked by us at least 5 times and didn’t say hi, ask us if we wanted a drink. Nothing. And then when we ordered FINALLY(which was a vodka soda, and Octoberfest) she made the Vodka soda and didn’t pour my beer until 5 minutes when I finally had to get her attention and ask to please have my beer. The 2 drinks cost $ 16, which would he fine if the beer wasn’t in a 12 ounce Dixie cup. I’m paying for a beer I want it at least in a pint glass. I mean this is ridiculous and there’s no management or head bartender scanning the floor to make sure guests are happy. There were many people that we noticed that just walked out after not being served. And no, they weren’t understaffed. Just oblivious to customers

This place has a very nice beer garden complete with a pool you can actually get in! They also have some nice gazebo-type seating areas, but make sure to reserve them ahead of time. The only downside is that it can get VERY crowded here, especially during Cubs games. It can take a long time to even be served during those times.

We went after a Cubs game. Service was great. Our waitress Melanie was great! Food very good. The music was so loud we had to yell to hear each other and the waitress had to yell back to communicate. I get it, it’s a dance club. But this was 5:30 in the afternoon and a room full of people eating and trying to talk after a ball game. No one was listening to the music. Everyone was trying to talk and eat. I don’t know but the manager should be a little bit more aware of the situation. After a game that ended at 10:30? Sure let it rip. 5:30 on a Wednesday? And there’s bathroom attendants. I don’t want a stager giving me soap or a towel in a men’s room. I have all that covered. Creepy. I guess go there to party but after a Cubs game for a meal and a beer I’d stay clear.

The service was great. Melanie was exactly what I want my server to be like — attentive and just a total pleasure the entire time. I am surprised by some of the reviews, but we feel like we hit the waitress lotto! I’m a vegetarian so the veggie burger was perfect. So good. The side salad was the best. Such a great price and portion. My guy loved his Cuban too. The only thing I would change was the music was really loud for 530pm. If that was turned down a little, I would give it 5 stars. Perfect end after a great Cubs Reds game at Wrigley!

Deuces is my shit. New bars like these are a must. If I owned a bar it would reflect this exact atmosphere. Banking on nice summer weather, half of deuces is an outside patio area enclosed by the bar on the south and cabanas on the north. This is all brightened by the flowing wading pool in the center of the patio area. Accompanied with a small waterfall and beach balls, this is the day pool equivalent experience for Wrigleyville. Drinks are acceptable and be aware of some different game day pricing. We got a deal on the fish bowls one day and they were well worth the investment. Sit back, relax, and sit in the pool while enjoying a nice drink in the summer in Chicago.

Deuces brunch is delicious! Served Saturday and Sunday’s from 9am-2pm on non Cubs games and throughout the winter. The bloodys are served with a slider as a garnish and the steak and eggs were sooo good! So was the red velvet french toast. Must try! Liz our server was great was well

Pretty disappointed by this place. I’ve passed it a lot and always wanted to try it out because of the outdoor seating area. We went on a Monday night, and our waitress(who was great, I will say) told us that it was buy one burger get one free as long as the two burgers were the same. Being a vegetarian, I ordered the veggie burger as there wasn’t much else on the menu for me aside from a house salad or some of the apps, and convinced a friend to order one with me too. 10 minutes after ordering, a guy comes out from the kitchen to let my waitress know that there aren’t any veggie patties left … great. The rest of my groups orders had already been placed so I had no choice but to order the house salad(which was not good — how do you mess that up?) and snack on the fried pickles we ordered. It also meant my friend had to put in a new order and didn’t get the deal. She ended up with the turkey burger but said it was very dry, and other friends who got normal burgers said they were alright. I would maybe stick to coming here just to drink. I’ve been at night and it’s pretty fun inside, but as a restaurant it leaves a lot to be desired.

Clark street is really ‘stepping up to the plate’ in wrigleyville! We came here before a Cubs game to hang out, catch up with friends, and have a drink. Great spot to do so! I love the beer garden! It’s a much needed oasis in the city. Hip, laid back décor. Much like a place you would find in Denver or Seattle with an urban twist. Looks like you can rent out little cabanas for larger groups of 5 – 15 people. The inside looked just as cool with the large open space and pretty neat escalator. Service was a little slow and the drinks were a little pricey but nothing out of the ordinary. I would easily come back again for the great atmosphere. We did not eat however it looked like they had a full food menu and looked tasty too!

The manager(Jasper) was little to no help what so ever when trying to receive my lost item. He was rude and made me wait for over a hour and a half. As I left he proceeded to say«your lucky we had it» Will never go back will never recommend this place to anyone what so ever

Typical overpriced bar. Nothing special, cute patio. Terrible service and overall blah experience. Came here for a few drinks after the pride parade about 8pm on a Sunday. Wasn’t busy. 4 bartenders– 3 standing around, 1 flirting with a group of guys. Stood there for about 10 – 15 without being acknowledged. Made eye contact with the flirting bartender and she continued to ignore me. Finally the buser came over and brought me water and apologized for the wait, he noticed the other bartenders standing around and he grabbed one for me. This happened again for drink two. We finally got annoyed and left. Deuces cause we probably won’t be returning.

Where is our server? Bueller? Guess no one is here. But wait, there are servers running around like crazy! Not one of them are working the section I’m sitting in? Guess what happens when you have a «seat yourself» restraint: no one know where you are! Also, I recommend ordering a burger. Their«house smoked» pulled pork is dry and mine was a bit cold which made me believe that it was a mistake of someone else’s and had been sitting a while. And no, we still didn’t have a waiter, we had a manager wait on us because no one showed up. I’ll stick to Rocks on Lakeview. Thanks.

Do NOT rent this venue for a large party. I went here for a college greek event, and I would prefer to never come back. They were extremely strict about EVERYTHING, from reading venue rules on the bus before we could enter, to herding us like sheep up and down the elevator, to kicking us out of the balcony when we wanted some fresh air, to many many more incidents where I could tell that the staff just did not want us to be there. If we’re paying for the venue, aren’t we also paying for at least decent service? At the end of the night, the staff herded us out as if they couldn’t wait for us to leave. And the food was pretty below mediocre, but that’s usually what you would expect when you get food for large parties.

We came here for drinks before a game at Wrigley. It is your typical bar, a little overpriced for the quality, and the food was average at best. Not a huge menu, but enough to tide you over. The service was pretty good. unfortunately it leaves the taste buds with something to be desired.

I thought this place was gonna be great… It wasn’t that great. My friends and I had a couple of burgers and drinks. The burgers were not that great. We got burnt patties. The fries were also over cooked. The margaritas were basically water with ice. It took the waitress over 45 minutes to give us the check after we finished our food and drinks. Will never come back here again.

Walking by, their chalkboard drew us in. Buy one, get one… I didn’t need to read anymore. We sat in their outside patio area filled with cabanas and picnic tables. In the center is a fountain/pool that people sat with their feet in and kids played in as well. I can only imagine how this thing acts as a garbage/urinal on weekends or Cubs game days. Ick. It took a few minutes for our waitress to come out, but she did and recommended their beer special. It was a $ 4(I think?) pint of Stiegl Radler. The drink was AMAZING! It reminded me of a shandy with a grapefruit twist. So light, perfect for summer. She also explained their BOGO burgers and their stipulation that the two burgers ordered needed to be the same. That’s a little lame, why can’t they just be the same price? Either way, we both ordered a Shroom burger cooked medium. When the food came out, there was barely any pink in my burger but that doesn’t bother me. The burger was a good size, topped with plenty of shrooms and onions, and the roll it came on was perfect. I was impressed with how much food came for the BOGO deal. It came with Rosemary/Sea Salt fries and I hate Rosemary so I didn’t touch those. Our waitress seemingly disappeared after taking our orders. Someone else brought out the food, she didn’t ask if we needed another drink and I don’t think she even came back until far after we were done eating. We asked for boxes and gave her the credit cards right away to save some time. I will definitely be back here in the future to take advantage of these specials. Also, their cabanas can be reserved for no minimum unless there is a home game which is great!
