We have bedbugs. Diamond Pest Control responded promptly and agreed to come out the next week, but I had to move the final appointment we were promised because of a scheduling conflict. Not only have we not received the third visit that we pay for, we’ve also not even been in contact with them, despite calling about 5 times. The treatment was expensive and we haven’t gotten our money’s worth. Don’t use these guys.

We had a pesky and super clever mouse that eluded every glue trap we tried to set for him for a month. He would wait until the wee hours and feast in the pantry… leaving droppings and crumbs inside the cabinet(inconsiderate)! I called my condo building’s vendor for pest control – they said they were not available until the next week AND would only lay bait traps in my house, not try to find the source of the problem. I asked one of my friends for a pest control referral and they too weren’t able to come out for a week. After searching online, I decided to call Diamond. They were able to come the very next morning(a Sunday) and I asked that they come as early as possible. Brian arrived on time at 8:30am and took the time to investigate the problem by moving my appliances to find the source of the problem. The culprit: a hole around our oven’s gas line providing access to our kitchen and ultimately, to the pantry. Brian sealed it immediately(as well as patched some other potential problem areas) and the price was extremely reasonable. Its been months and we haven’t had a problem since. We appreciated Brian’s work so much, he will now become our entire building’s pest control vendor(we fired those other guys).

ABSOLUTELYUNPROFESSIONALANDTOTALLYUNRELIABLE. In response to my posting some negative reviews, Brian and his crew finally came by after New Year’s to do some warranty work. They actually did a decent job, and Brian did call once to follow up — but ultimately, Diamond Pest Control totally blew their shot at redemption. After Brian followed up a few days later, the squirrels returned to the attic, though not through any fault of Brian’s. Based on the job they did, I tried giving Diamond Pest Control the chance to do some other, more permanent fixes. But once again, he never answered or returned any calls. And that was WEEKS ago. In retrospect, it’s probably a good thing. It’d have killed me to have paid him more money for bigger and more complicated jobs, and him never following up and ignoring calls. So to anybody reading this — do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for pest control. With potential property damage and health risks at stake, you need a company that acts professionally and stands behind its work. Unfortunately, Diamond Pest Control is NOT one of those companies.
