I got a groupon for a no-chip manicure. I’ve tried to schedule an appointment online through Groupon’s website and all my appointment times got denied. Then I tried calling them for a whole week and no one answered the google number they have. I’m trying to get my money back!

Towana is a great lady who cares about taking her time to give you a great mani/pedi! My friend and I went and had a wonderful time! It is a bit difficult to find the place, but it’s on the 4th floor of the building and the parking lot is free for you! I will definitely be back! Texting the number will be the best way to make an appointment. She is the only nail tech, but does a great job. And the price is great!

It’s sad to see the negative reviews here. Towana is a really nice lady who indeed is the only nail tech and owns the salon. It is a bit hard to get in touch with her as she doesn’t have anyone else working for her, but I left a voicemail and she texted me the next day. We were able to get appointments the following day. We had groupons(that was on sale for $ 18 for a mani pedi) and she did a wonderful job on both my friend and I, and I love my color and the the thorough job she did on us. Definitely will be back! It is a bit hard to find the place, and google maps is no help– so just try to figure it out prior going :)

I’ve had nothing but issues with this place. The same issues everyone else has been having. I don’t even want to try to try to go back(for the third time) I just hope Groupon refunds me my money.

This is the worst nail salon that I have ever been to. Not only were the nails not done properly(got a french tip, there were air bubbles under the surface of the acrylics, some nails were longer than the others and the way that it was filed,(asked for oval shaped) looked like circles :/ALSO the customer service is rude and the nail tech is incompetent. Very hard to get in touch with her. There is one girl that does the nail services, although I am not sure if she owns the place. Whoever does own it, should fire her. If it is her salon, she should learn a new trade because she is lacking in customer service and produce quality. I wish I could give this place –5 stars. Not worth the groupon. Not worth the time or waste of gas.

Wish I could give negative stars! Showed up for an appointment and she never showed or answered the phone. Groupon had to refund my money.

When I called for over a week, I got Google voice and never got a calk back. In two weeks I could never reach a human so I had to refund my Amazon voucher. Their facebook page says they’re only open on Friday and Saturday and I tried both of those days also. It’s rude to waste people’s time like this. Also, if you offer a big promotion, makes sense to be open more than two days per week.
