I had come here to buy a bunch of stuff to make blessing bags for the people who ask me for money on my way home every day. The place was packed and it didn’t seem like anyone had tidy up the place for a few hours. What was really disturbing is that I spent $ 40 in merchandise and my bag was overflowing and I asked for another bag since I had to walk far to my home — the lady said «You only get one bag» and moved on to the next person in line. I even offered to buy a bag and she ignored me. I will not be coming back here… there are other dollar store locations in the city…

Nothing specifically wrong with the store or the service but there are ALWAYS people standing just outside their doors who ask for money. I’m not sure what the store can do about it but none of the other stores in this area have that problem.

I bought a plunger that broke after 10 or so pushes. Fuck thos dollar stores — they are supporting freaking China and sell pure CRAP!

It’s already been said that not everything in this place is a buck, but it is called «Dollar Store +» so I didn’t really expect everything to be just a dollar.
They have a crapload of stuff for the kitchen from plates and cups and glasses to pots and pans to utensils to canned and boxed food. They have cleaning supplies from spray cleaning stuff to laundry detergent to stuff that turns your toilet water pretty colors. They have toys and curtains and t-shirts and fake flowers too.
Most things in the store seem to be $ 1, but there are a few items that go above that.
