Fast friendly service. I needed a solution that delivered packages when I’m home. I don’t trust a package delivery service to leave items at our door. There are packages stolen from doorsteps in our neighborhood on a regular basis. And since I’m a freelancer, I can’t necessarily have packages shipped to my office. This is an elegant solution. Super courteous delivery folk. Text when they are on the way. Phone call when they arrive. Couldn’t be happier.

I love this service. I’ve had packages stolen in the past, so this service couldn’t have been more perfect for me. Both times I’ve used it, everything was butter. The efficiency is what I was looking for. I can’t believe I actually sat around and waited for packages before. It’s 2016. Also, the app is easy to use.

The first one is free, try it! Route your intial delivery to them, they notify you when it arrives, and you schedule a 2hr window between 6 and midnight to deliver to your home. Simple texting communications, crisp and professional, the delivery guy even declined a tip. Hope my future experiences match this one.
