had my daughter’s ear molds done at this office and the whole process was a nightmare! technician was incompetent, the order for the ear molds was never submitted, had to call the office continually to inquire re., the molds and no one could give me a straight answer. it’s now 4 months since we had the ear molds made, they leak b/​c they were never sized properly and my daughter has had recurrent external ear infections. have to have them remade. a side note, flashy office w/​weird photos of audiologist and d-​list celebrities — v bizarre! i think this speaks volumes.
