Having to have so many clothes dry cleaned, can really hit your pocket hard. However I’m so glad to have found this dry cleaners. Not only can you get your clothes back on the same day, but each item is $ 2.75!
All the dry cleaning is done right on the premises. The staff is courteous and professional. I’ve been going to this drycleaners since I moved to Chicago almost 2 years ago. They have not disappointed me yet.

I have been using this cleaners for 5+ years and thankfully have not had a problem with them. I bring from shirts to wool coats (with dog hair from my husky) to designer clothing and every time I pick up, they are in perfect condition. I’ve never had the chance to use their same day service but 24 hours is good for me since their prices are good and my clothes look the way i like them to look.
The staff can be friendly and courteous or completely disengaged but it depends on who you get. The older ladies are very helpful and the young teens are not interested in you at all but I will take it considering I am there to drop off my clothes and get out too. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he is very nice.

This place has gotten progressively worse. Here is my review in a nutshell. They have same day service so that is definitely a plus. The workers their seem disengaged and stressed out. I rarely get a genuine smile or greeting. When the cloths are returned, they are still wrinkled. My last visit resulted in six shirts that still had wrinkles, even though I ordered heavy starch. The reason I haven’t switched dry cleaners was cause I haven’t had time to research good places. But I researched a new place here on Unilocal and I’m going there next time.

I took 2 winter coats to be cleaned and because there was some dog hair on them they refused to clean them. Isn’t that what dry cleaners do? Clean dirty clothes. Dog lovers don’t take your clothes here. They have lost my business!!!

The owner just purchased this recently and changed the name and is doing a fantastic job running it in my opinion. The prices are the best you can get, and they are honest about stains and stuff they just can’t get out. I have never lost an item with them and would trust them completely with all of my items. I even had some comforters cleaned there and they did a fantastic job with them. The employees are always a pleasure to deal with and they never seem to have a bad day, always very upbeat and friendly.
Heads up though, they don’t take credit cards, cash or a personal check only. :(
