Hard bagel, terrible chicken biscuit, coffee without sugar = worst Dunkin donuts experience ever!

This DD sucks! They are always out of everything. This is the third time in one week they are out of glazed. You want to order a Reese’s Parfait, they have been out of Reese’s Sauce for well over a year. The coffee is watered down. Go to another DD. This place & staff is a disaster.

Service today sucked. I got my order which there was nothing wrong. But afterwards I wanted to order some icecream. Yeah I know in this weather. Well I was waiting and no one asked for my order at least 8 employees passed right infront of me. Three or four of them saw me but said nothing. So disappointing. Since I wasn’t getting my ordered prepared or even asked I decided not to order anything anymore.

This is probably going to sound petty but after about 20 screwed up coffees I recomend a training program for the person Who adds cream to the coffee. I have tried to explain«a very small amount of cream» in every thinkable way and yet I always get cream with a heavy splash of coffee. I gave you numerous chances but It’s over.

I have three choices for Dunkin’ Donuts and I always choose this location when I can because their drive-through assistants are so friendly and usually generally accurate. The girl who help me today at the window was Jenny and she was smiling and polite and quick and very friendly. There is another Dunkin’ Donuts not far from here where the service is horrible. I can’t believe that people who are so rude can continue in a job like they do at the other Dunkin’ Donuts. Anyway, I love this Dunkin’ Donuts because the service at the drive-through window is always so very quick and very friendly!

Service is kind of slow, actually saw bugs once flying around. It’s not the worst Dunkin, but it could be much cleaner. The sizes for coffee are also basically the next smaller size, IE– medium is really small, large is medium, XL is large. Kind of a scam, so taking stars away. The donuts are pretty good though. When it’s busy you might have to wait for parking in the lot, so I use the drive thru.

I don’t go to DD often, I worked as a baker there while in high school, so I feel I’ve done my time, however I got a book of coupons from them in the mail. I threw in my car as there were a couple of good deals. As luck would have it there is a location right next door to where I pick up dog food sometimes. Being a bit thirsty, I grabbed the coupon book and spotted a coupon for a free iced green tea, score! Here is the thing, ff you have a coupon make sure they apply it, I asked the cashier if they’re taking the coupons, she said yes. Well I guess she officially took the coupon, she just didn’t apply it. I knew immediately by the total that I was charged for the iced tea. When I asked about it, she just stood there a few moments as if she had to process the complicated financial transaction. Three donuts one free iced tea. So it should ring up as the cost for three donuts. Before I worked as a baker I worked behind the counter, I knew the cost with tax for multiple donuts off the top of my head, I still even remember a dozen was 2.88, why I remember that is beyond me. On the positive side, a small iced green tea comes unsweetened, unlike Panera’s and a small will quench your thirst. But hey, free is free, if you make sure it is.

Not bad. I received good service, got what I ordered, pretty quick too. I usually walk inside to order since they mess up at times at the drive through. Can’t complain, good dunkin donuts spot. Used to suck before, much better now.

THEYCANNEVERGETITRIGHT?!? THEYEVENASKYOU A SECONDTIMEWHATEXACTLYYOUWANTANDSTILLMANAGETOMESSUPTHEORDER. It sucks bc this is the location on my route to work but I will not go back there again. Its only Wednesday and they managed to mess up my order two out of three days this week. I say 3 splenda, I get sugar. I say skim, I get cream. I say chive cream cheese I get plain! Save yourself the time in the drive thru and do not go here. I miss my old DD at Ashland & Wellington.

I lived about 3 blocks from this place and frequented it a lot over the summer and fall months. The place is in a very busy part of the city Addison/Elston so getting in and out can be a challenge depending on what time you go. Things I like: The prices are affordable compared to other coffee franchises. The breakfast items are tasty and affordable. Even when the lines are long they get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. It also has a Baskin Robbins so you can get ice cream. Things I don’t like: Regularly mess up orders… I mean I’m usually only ordering for myself and/or my girlfriend. It’s not like some complicated order. How do you not understand that I don’t want sugar in my iced coffee??? lol The regularly run out of donuts… pretty early in the day too. Since they no longer make donuts on-site at any of the dunkins now, this means you get no donuts till morning. Also, a lot of the time the staff is rude, or just plain acts like they don’t care. So in the end it’s not great, and not horrible. One of those places you stop at because of convenience and that’s it.

Always packed in the morning but lines move really fast. Staff gets orders right and they keep the line moving. Nothing fancy, nothing terrible. Can’t say that about all DD. I recommend them

«FORTHELOVEOFALLTHATISHOLY, CAN’T THEYEVERYGETITRIGHT???» These are the words that have left my mouth every time I have driven away from the drive-thru, and I swear it will be the last time. Not once, not twice, not three, four, five, but SIX times I have been here they have messed up my order. Every few months I think to myself, «I’ll give it a try, they probably won’t screw it up this time!» only to eat my words a few minutes after I pull away. Honestly, is the drive thru speaker busted? Do apes take my order? Or do they have a picture of my car taped next to the cash register that reads: GETTHISONEWRONG! I can’t believe that this happens when I articulate my order so precisely, they read it back, but still hand me something completely different. Because they have pushed me to the edge, I will now reveal their incompetence. Here is a list of their offences: 1. I asked for French Vanilla Coffee, they gave me Blueberry. 2. I order for two people, they forget my order.(No apology when I came back… and I was nice.) 3. Ordered a Veggie Flat bread, they gave me Turkey. 4. Forgot to add hash browns to my order, could not go back as I was on route to my job. 5. Asked for ketchup, kid said it was in the bag– it was not. 6. Ordered a Veggie Flat bread, they gave me Turkey, no cheese…(?) I would suggest that you avoid this Dunkin Donuts at all costs.

Horrible! Purchased two boston-cream donuts today. They just placed them both in a paper bag. When it was time to eat, well guess what? 60% of the chocolate frosting was stuck to the paper bag. What the hell! There should be a better procedure for frosting-covered donuts to go.

Don’t get me wrong — I’m a DD addict. I need a medium hazelnut every morning or I’m a raging B. The coffee is always good but the one thing that bothers be about this particular location is the girl that seems to alway be working the drive-up window. She’s young(high school age I’m guessing) so I’m not going to be too judgmental, but the girl has a major ‘tude. She talks like a valley girl and rolls her eyes whenever I pay with exact change. There have been a few times(Saturday morning) when I’ve rolled through the drive-though in my bright blue P.J.‘s and that always elicits an eyebrow raise and a smirk. I get it! I really do! It sucks to work when you’re in high school, but guess what? Everybody does it and you’re only going to be working for the next 60+ years — so suck it up, get used to it and stop rolling your eyes at customers!

Dear Santa, I would love, love love a coffee shop. Also driving lessons so that I can find said coffee shop. A real one, where they know what a breve is and make a mean one for me every Sunday while I read the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times an . Alas, the Mexican Bakery across the street is no bueno for lattes. That leaves either Tar-ghetto Starbucks(screaming kids and sticky tables? Not on my one day to sleep in– Sunday thank you) and um, Dunkin. Dunkin isn’t so bad– in fact the coffee is drinkably GOOD. Be careful when they ask you if you want sugar– Dunkin Employes don’t hold back on the sugar, they pour it in like crazed sugar fiends… Your coffee will come back completely solid, your teeth will dissolve, you might become diabetic so for the sake of your life, body and blood sugar levels– resist– say no to the sugar! I dislike the eighties soft rock ballads on the speakers. Whitesnake? Ew. I had traumatic flashbacks of big-haired babysitters of the eighties…

i LOOOOOVE the hot chocolate!!! Before moving here from LA a few weeks ago, I visited chicago for the first time in October of ’06 and oh my god did I fall in love with the hot chocolate from Dunkin Donuts! My husband says, «it tastes like cake.» Oh yeah man it totally does!!! …liquid chocolate cake. and my son, he loves to have himself what he calls a «glades donuts»… so… hmm… Y’know it’s all gray and gushy outside from yesterday’s snow but i think I’m gonna bundle us up and go for a walk so i can get him a «glades donut» and myself a nice large cup or hot chocolate! Mmm…
