My post is about a Year late but after reading all the others, I now know it wasn’t just ME feeling some type of way. INCOMPETENT& lacks customer service skills, including the manager. Ordered a Latte, took them 10 – 15 freakin’ mins to make it then its a Iced Latte. I say«Im sorry, I thought I said HOT?» The GIRL looks at me like she wanted to slap the taste out my mouth & nastily says«No u didn’t! ! U said Iced!!» It took ALL I had not to show my ass but long story short instead of just making me what I want, we go back n forth til mngr comes out, looks at receipt & says«This says U ordered Iced Latte» I tell him I dont care WHATITSAYS, I DON’T WANTICED, I WANTHOT! BETTERYETJUSTGIVEMEMYMONEYBACK!!! They quickly make me, a Hot but when I got in my car, either I was just too pissed off or it truly tasted like a cigar had been dumped in it, I just threw it out!!! Haven’t been back since &NEVER will!!! Im sure if they were in a «mainstream» neighborhood, the service would be 10xs bettter!!! WORSTDDEVER!!!

Bad customer service!!! I am standing in the lobby for 5 minutes(no line no wait) before someone finally acknowledges me– not the young man at the cash register, but instead a manager from the back who only came up to ask(in a less than pleasant way) — «what are you waiting for» Eek!!! No «How are you doing-how can I help you.» I had been waiting for my family who went through the drive through. I am watching the young lady in the window holding a conversation with a patron while my family waits behind him in the drive through lane. I had come inside the store because I had walked from a nearby store while my husband decided to get a «quick» bite for the kids. I didn’t realize that it was inappropriate to wait in the lobby to avoid waiting in the cold, but I might not have waited as long if the drive through had been a little quicker. Not pleased with this location and since the nearest DD is less than 2 miles away the owner should consider teaching a little customer service, because customers do have the option to take their business to another DD.

We live 4 blocks away– at night we sometimes want a nice cup of coffee and a donut to go with– they never have the donuts we like, and tonight they had NODONUTSATALLLL! Sayeth whaaaa?! No DONUTS at a DONUT place?! Really? Wow. So we settled for a sandwich. There were NONE. I hate this dunkin– not to mention that they NEVER have the ice cream you want EITHER. I guess when all you have is a run down Dunkin Donuts in the neighborhood, you have no choice but to keep trying. And this is why«America runs on Dunkin,» but we HOP, SKIP, and JUMPONSTARBUCKS! Man, we need a Starbucks in the hood! LOL… Best thing about this location is the guessing game you’ll have with the thick-accented, visor-wearing, customer-service lacking cashier guy! Enjoy! Lol…

You had one job, Dunkin Donuts. Make me a toasted bagel, sliced into halves. Why did I get three hunks of bread, badly and incorrectly sliced? It tasted like any other Dunkin Donuts bagel, but my smashed hash browns and mutilated bagel thrown on top of them tells me that they just don’t give a feck here.

I had a lousy experience here. 5 Hindu guys all goofing off, ignoreing the customer, no hello, no thank you, no eye contact, I’m done with Dunkin Donuts. Too many similar experiences.
