Welp, I’m done. I’ve been giving this Dunkin’ my business because it’s the closest to my house and I’m a frugal coffee-drinker, but I won’t go to this Dunkin’ ever again. A woman named, I think, Lalisa cannot make a coffee to save her life. I dread seeing her make my coffee. Although she *has* gotten it correct a few times, she mostly does not. And I don’t drink anything fancy! We’re talking sugar, almond milk, and a shot of flavor. She asks questions no one else there asks me: How many shots of espresso? I don’t want espresso, I want a caramel shot.(That’s how it’s listed on their own menu!) How many shots? How many shots come in a Large? Four. Then, four shots. But even after all that, she goes on to make my coffee using the«Swirl» flavoring, which I don’t need since I prefer almond milk and sugar. Plus, she just took my order. And, isn’t it written on my receipt? Why doesn’t she reference that? Today was the worst. It was busy there, but you know what? It’s not okay that my coffee isn’t made correctly. And it’s not for me to determine where it went wrong behind the counter. After three«corrections» had been made to my drink, I left Dunkin’, but I couldn’t stand the flavor of the coffee. I went back and asked the woman who *always* makes my drink correctly to remake it for me. And for the first time ever, *she* gave me a terrible-tasting drink. I wasted some money today and couldn’t drink my coffee. From now on, I will walk out of my way and give my business to another Dunkin’ Donuts in my neighborhood.

What I can say, it’s my favourite donuts, always and 4ever. I do not eat to much sweet, but if I want some for sure it will be dunkin. No need to recommend it to my friends, they already love it.

So it’s a dunkin. You know what you’re going to get for the most part in terms of the coffee and the food. What set’s this location apart is that the customer service is good, they keep it clean, and they rarely mess up your order.

I stopped in here after finding Dunkin’ Donuts on my app I drive for Über and this Dunkin’ Donuts seem to be in a convenient location for me I have done this several times with Dunkin’ Donuts they have good coffee I don’t generally take their donuts but I do like their coffee but if a person is going to fill up on coffee they need a restroom in order to relieve themselves and so many Dunkin’ Donuts anymore have no restrooms including this one I vote with my feet I’m only going to Dunkin’ Donuts that have restrooms

I go here every time I have an ice latte craving. Anyway here are the pros and cons Pros: Close to my school(I go to Truman) so I can conveniently grab a latte before class or on break. Pretty quick service Cons: Kind of expensive compared to the dd by my house on the south side. I’m guessing the closer to the north side or downtown the more expensive. Although in some areas I’ve seen worse. I run the risk of having the ice latte taste too sweet or too bitter if the manager doesn’t make it. Sometimes they eff up my order but its no big deal. In conclusion it’s not perfect but nothing’s perfect.

Go here everyday. I’ve tried just about everything there except the ice cream. I like Ben & Jerry’s. I have NEVER received a screwed up order. This is the only dunkin I go to. It’s smaller and has less staff than the one by my house, but it’s 10 times faster.

I’m a 2x-3x tea drinker at this location and today they were very busy but one thing they have never done till today, by the time I was done ordering my complicated beverage with minimal sugar as whatnot, there was someone already handing me my order! I mean, it’s just iced tea but that’s customer service above and beyond and she did it with a smile. Thank you!

This Dunkin has to be the world’s smallest, but honestly — I think they do a really good job. I’m actually a bit surprised to see the reviews aren’t that good — as I’m a Dunkin’ aficionado. Pro’s: The manager thanks me for my business Jasmine the girl who makes my coffee is very sweet Decent selection of baked goods Negatives: Sometimes there are some questionable people soliciting outside the front door Soooo small — maybe they’ll expand one day All and all — I live close, the prices are cheap and I like their coffee.

Worst Dunkin Donuts in history! I hate, yes hate this place! I live ½ a block away and will drive to a different location. Every time I go in here I swear I will never go back, then I get an urge and think maybe they just messed up last time and I give them another chance… they always mess up! Stale Donuts at all hours! Stale ice cream??! Well they have it. I am not giving a bad review simply because they messed up once… no, no, no they have served sub par products more than once! Go to the Lawrence and Ravenswood location or Montrose and Clark

So the other day I stopped in to get my semi-regular morning coffee, and it happened to be ‘free donut day’(with purchase of a drink). I had no idea of the event. The special occasion was sprung upon me once I hit the register and the cashier asked me which kind of donut I would like. I panicked. Chocolate? Glazed? Crème filled? Oh man, now I’m holding up the line… ummm… Glazed! I didn’t want a glazed donut that day. But here I was, stuck with a glazed donut. On the newest national holiday– ‘free donut day’. Dammit. On my way out, I passed the homeless guy I pass every day. He’s always askin me for change and whatnot, but I never shell anything out(don’t hate me, the dude would have at least $ 100 now if i threw him some change every time I walk by). But today was gonna be different… «Hey man, got any chan…» «Naw sorry, but how bout a donut?» «Really? Great man, God bless» «Anytime»(well, not really) And that’s how I got rid of my donut on ‘free donut day’ and you’re welcome homeless man. See you tomorrow.

Based on the previous review, I have to wonder if we are talking about the same establishment(the address on my receipt says we are). I will not be going back to this Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins, period. I go in, toddler on hip, and order a child scoop. The gal behind the counter repeats this to me and asks if I want two spoons, I confirm, she grabs the large cup and starts scooping away. Mid-scoop, I say that its too much, I only want a child-size scoop, and she continues to add another full scoop. She then rings me up($ 3.28) and cannot understand why I’m not handing my money over to her. And by now, the kid is squawking because she wants her ice cream. After we got that resolved, we had to go somewhere else to eat it because the two or three tables inside have been taken over by a large group of men who appear to be just hanging out, not actively consuming ice cream or donuts. The number of choices, flavor-wise was also disappointing. When I was a little kid, we called Baskin Robbins«31 Flavors» but now, its more like 8.

This is an absolutely excellent Dunkin Donuts. It is really new and they are super efficient with the drive thru(so important on the way to work). The staff is polite and friendly. The inside of the place is very large and clean… which does not always happen at Dunkin Donuts. Today, I was buying some ground coffee and when I asked whether they would be doing the 2 for $ 11.99 deal again soon, she said it was over but she would still give me the deal. She said she wanted me to come back. I will!
