Dunkin’ Donuts

Not friendly. Terrible service. Very old ice cream and day old donuts. On Veterans Day they declined to acknowledge the promotions. It’s sad that this place still exists. The day we do not show support for the people that fight for our freedom, is the day we don’t deserve it

POOR SERVICE. We ordered 2 single scoops in a cone at the drive thru. They kept hearing «in a cup». The kid at the window was arguing that we said in a cup and we were wrong. Their menu said there was soft serve, when we asked about it they said they didn’t offer any. False advertising. Didn’t even hand us a receipt. Will not return and will make sure to tell people we know about the attitude and horrible service!

This is one of my favorite Dunkin locations. The drive through is always busy from what I have seen but since I do not drive it does not affect me. The workers are very helpful and my order always comes out right! One of the guys that works there is very friendly and it really makes all the difference. Overall, this Dunkin has great customer service, it is clean and I like the location.

If I could give this Dunkin’ Donuts 0 stars, I would. I waited 20 minutes for a single scoop of ice cream. I know that I am not the only one with this terrible experience at this location. As new customers walked in, I was completely disregarded. When the employee was about to get me my ice cream, he stopped and said that they manager would do it. What? You can’t just get me my ice cream? I expected some type of compensation for the amount of time it took me to get my ice cream, but I failed to receive anything to put out my raging anger. I wish I spoke up to the manager. I don’t think I have every had service this bad. This Dunkin’ Donuts needs a change in manager ASAP.

Worst dunkin donuts ever. They never have a steady flow of donuts. They need to just close.

I broke my fast of this Dunkin Donuts location because… well pumpkin is back! Once again I could tell that the woman that took my order was not really paying attention or listening carefully to me. I asked for a hot black coffee with pumpkin syrup. She got the pumpkin right, but I was given cream and sugar. I didn’t sip my coffee until after I got to the office and it was too late to exchange it. To add insult to injury, they also screwed up my bagel order. So basically my order was unsalvageable and I wasted $ 5.00.

Went there for ice cream because it’s also a Baskin Robins. Once scoop each or cookie dough and cookies and cream. I went there around 11pm. The people working were very friendly and nice. I have never received two larger scoops of ice cream in my life ! It was delicious!

Rude and inattentive staff. Usually have to repeat my order several times to the drive through staff. More than once what I receive is not what I ordered. Staff pays no attention when handing you things either, and had dropped my order on the ground before. Convenience of the drive through at this location is wasted with the level of incompetence their staff exhibits.

Good coffee! But if you like tea, Dunkin’ is pushing their Chai Tea Lattes. And for two more Mondays this year, it’s a free cup (10 oz. hot or 16 oz. iced) to anyone, no coupon required.
But what about the Dunkin’ Donuts 2014 calendar? I asked for one here while completing my purchase. After a check with the manager, my counter person said they’d sell me one for $ 1 — another counter person opined THAT was «a good deal.» Since in the past, the calendar was a giveaway, I declined. I see now that the 2014 Dunkin’ calendar is selling on eBay for $ 2.50 + $ 0.99 shipping, so maybe it WAS a good deal!

Its nice to see the once vacant space that a former shell station used to occupy finally be filled. You could tell upon construction they were trying to make the space newer and fancy. But cosmetics do take their toll as the lot itself is a bit on the tight side.
I dont drink coffee. in fact, I stay away from caffeine all together. Im blessed and cursed with being a natural night owl. So obviously I dont frequent coffee places often.

But who doesnt have the random carvings for a donut here and there? Or maybe, you know… a dozen. You might as well if youre gonna make the trip right? Its not like I eat a full dozen in a sitting. nothing a few secs in the microwave wont fix. Bavarian crème ftw!
Thee main reason that lures me here is a certain flavor of frozen treats.

Youve never had it? Dont you know the best desserts are salty and sweet? If you cant commit to even a scoop. at least ask for a spoon sample. Youll like it. How many scoops for my sundae you ask? Skip the sundae… hand packed quart is the way to go. $ 6 and well worth it!

Usually I find Jacob K. on point, but I do not share his opinion on this location, I lean more and agree with Pam D’s review.
If you are an avid customer of Baskin Robbins you know that each location is different in so many ways. Customer service is never the same and whether we are talking about ice cream or how something simple like a sundae is created, its always different and that in itself is well… nuts.
One of my biggest peeves about this location are the charges. One time I was here for the 99 cent scoop promo, the cashier pressed 99 buttons and when he was done I was overcharged. I showed him the flier I received and the cost I was to pay, he argued that their location charges different. Okay, whatever; makes no sense when you have the same advertising in-​store stating the price of a cone with a scoop. During another promotion I went through the drive-​thru. I must’ve had the same luck because I think it was the same associate, again overcharged and given some illogical explanation. I took a photo of the receipt which I don’t have near me to post on Unilocal,but it shows that I was charged a miscellaneous cost and given a discount but still the final price higher than the promotion charge. WTF. All of these pricing problems on top of the inability of some store employees in understanding simple ice cream orders. equals sucky visits. The parking lot, who designed this space? Drive-​thru closes at their will during late nights.
What’s good? you tell me. Maybe the coffee and the bagels. I avoid other purchases. now it’s just a cone with soft serve, keep it simple.

I went thru the drive-​thru here today. It is close to home, so I have been here several times and have never been overwhelmed with the service. Today they took it to a new low. I tried to order a root beer float. I have ordered root beer floats here several times before, both at the counter and at the drive-​thru. Today’s crack crew however, could not serve me one, because they didn’t know what it was or how to make it. It wasn’t just one person, even as a committee they were clueless. How hard can vanilla ice cream and root beer be to combine? I guess it does take a rocket scientist.

I finally made it to this Dunkin Donuts/​Baskin Robbins as its been open for a few years and just steps from my humble abode. Long long ago there used to be another Baskin Robins just a few stores down. This location replaced a vacant lot where an old gas station used to be so it is a big improvement.
It was 31 cent scoop day so it was a good excuse to stop in. I had my old favorite (mint chip) and a new favorite (jamoca) which is their own special coffee ice cream.
The place was mobbed today but the service was fast and friendly. Someone kept popping balloons and scaring the crap out of everyone but aside from that I enjoyed it.
