Perhaps my opinion is skewed by just being told, laughingly, at another Dunkin donuts, that they were out of munchkins, but in comparison, this Dunkin’ Donuts was considerate and professional, and clearly attention had been paid to the cleanliness and décor in the facility. The guy who took my order treated me like a person, and not another encumbrance to his final travels home. And the donuts were fresh.
Truth I.

I order a small iced latte. They ask hot or iced? Incompetent. No people skills. Don’t speak to you at window.

Worst place of a Dunkin run ever. You ask for one thing get another and as the other reviews has stated the attitude is beyond bad. In store and drive through does not matter you will be treated like crap and always check what they give you or you will be like me drive off and have the complete wrong item and not just once or twice is mean every single time.

You’d think Dunkin’ is Dunkin’, right? I drove through today and got a sandwich for myself and one for my dog(not that they would have known that), and when we pulled up to the window, an employee gave my dog a Dunkin’ Dog for free. She said my dog looked like she wanted something! This isn’t the first time the drive-thru window has been so accommodating — about a year ago they saw my toddler in the back and gave him some free donut holes. I’m really impressed with their customer service!

Only reason they got 1 star was because the shake was good. Did the drive thru. Just had to have a mint chocolate chip shake. I got a small one due to calories and price. Of course you get the old«do you want a medium for 75 cents more?» No. Then they ask again trying to make you sound stupid. Helloooooooooo. No. I pull up to the window and the worker did not want to reach out to me to get the money. She wanted me to stretch waaaaaay out of my car. Gave her the money. Waited for the shake. A different girl came to the window with the shake. She also did not want to reach out. Gave me the shake and did not seem to care that I was purchasing something and ensuring their jobs. Not only that, she wanted me to drink it without a straw. Asked for the straw, got that. No napkin though. They showed me! Not going to happen again though. Not going back.

I cannot stress enough how poorly run this dunkin donuts is. We’ve gone several times, each time assuming the last time was a fluke. I mean how can one location get so many orders wrong? The woman operating the drive thru simply does not listen. I’m convinced she asks what you want, then takes the headset off before you can answer! She will charge you incorrectly, and give you an incomplete, or entirely wrong, order. There is no «thank you» or general understanding of customer service. If you choose to visit this location, please make sure you check you back before driving away!

Not even joking– This location will serve you a coffee with 18 creams and 45 sugars no matter what you order– AND they ask you to repeat your order at the intercom, the window(twice) and after you pay… if Dunkin Donuts brand coffee wasn’t so great and this location wasn’t so convenient I would honestly never return. I’m hopeless– but save yourselves!

Call me «old fashioned,» but I still appreciate hearing the word«thank you.» This place would be the last place you would hear that word. I have come here on numerous occasions, and I have not heard that word uttered. Mind you, I have never actually stepped inside the store. This is only thru the drive-thru, but to me that counts. The last time I went was the last straw. I am a laid back person, and it takes a lot for me to complain, but this one actually made me take action to write this review. Typically this is what I am used to hearing when I go to a drive thru. «Welcome to(insert business name) can I take your order?» That greeting, or some variation close to that is more than sufficient to me. Instead, I was greeted with, «What do you want?» I actually chuckled when I heard that, I thought to myself that this person clearly has no manners. I made my order and proceeded to the window. I was given my order, and I usually hear«thank you» somewhere during this process. No, not once. I was just given my change, and then my order. That was it, and nothing else was said. You can count me not going back here anymore. I understand that my order was less than $ 3.00, but that will go to another location and never this one. I hope that they realize that the words, «please» and«thank you» go a very long way. Zero stars if I could, but Unilocal requires me to give at least one. ZERO!!!

I have been going to this place for years now. Dunkin Donut remodeled is much better than it was years ago. However. They don’t carry other a couple donuts unlike other places, like the apple crumb or the chocolate filled runs out. Dunkin Donuts Coffee is the BEST.

This location is the BEST in my book, like one of the other posters mentioned CREAMONLY means no sugar and they understand that! I moved from this area a few years ago, but I still stop in on the weekends and they always ask me how are the kids then give me a huge box of munchkins to take home and they always remember what kind of coffee I want and NOSUGAR! they sell me bags of coffee at the sale price even though they might now be on sale at the time… they never screw up my order… I wish the 3 dunkin donuts near me(1-Jeff park and 2– portage park) were as good as this location in Albany park!

My pregnant-self went to this Dunkin Donuts this morning craving a plain bagel w/strawberry cream cheese and my husband ordered an ice coffee. Although I was so eager to dig in, I waited until we got on the highway(on the way to work). Once I opened up the bag, I got a frikkin GARLIC bagel with STRAWBERRY cream cheese. YUCK! A sweet and bitter breakfast. I dont mind garlic bagels… I LOVE garlic bagels… but with strawberry? Ugh… I was so disappointed. On top of that, my hubby didn’t even get a straw to drink his iced coffee. I’m sorry, but the service in this place sucks. We repeated our order when we got to the window, they confirmed it… and after all that… they got it wrong. =(Oh, and in addition, they were in a hurry to get us to drive off. Constantly saying, «ok, have a nice day… have a nice day… have a nice day… etc.»

This donut shop has been remodeled several times over the years. One time they were forced to, as a car came crashing through their front façade years ago(this is before the current drive-thru service offered now). My parents happened to be in the store that morning having their usual coffee and donut, and fortunately the car missed them.
