I stop here almost every day and they do a decent job. The line can be anywhere from 5 – 25 people depending on the time. Based off of that rush/line you usually get the right order but occasionally will go to work to find some cream and sugar you didn’t want. The regular employees are excellent, the temps are so-so at best.

Average DD near Union Station with entirely too few seats. The staff was very friendly to us and the coffee was as expected from the chain.

You know how you always feel like you should go somewhere twice before you really make a decision. I’ve been now 3x. Same order. Like hey, maybe they were having a bad day. Or, it’s 11am. The coffee is probably left over from the morning. Or, like, why is cellophane holding the coffee machine together. ALL of the cold and hot drink coffee machines. Doesn’t cellophane melt into like liquid plastic? OHSOTHATISWHAT I TASTE. LIQUIDFREAKINGCELLOPHANE. Then eryone who works there really wants to get hood on you. Muthaf-f er. DON’T get your prison panties in a bunch trying to tell me I don’t know what an iced coffee taste like. I was drinking coffee when you were still wearing Garanimals. Just CLEAN the coffee machine and change a filter every decade or so. And it might taste like coffee.

I have been going to this Dunkin most of my work mornings for the past year and a half. The staff there is always friendly, always kind, and always a great start to my day. Today was exceptional. Today, I had a bad coffee experience at a different national fast food/breakfast chain. After several hours of dealing with them, I decided to head to this Dunkin so I could get a proper(and safe) iced coffee. The staff were very warm, welcoming, and understanding of my situation and helps make my day a LOT better than it already was. If you need a cup of coffee and want it made by very friendly people, this is the place to go.

Service — ok. Turkey sausage sandwich on english muffin was terrible. English muffin was hard. Cheese looked like it was old. Sausage was bleh. Worse 5 bucks I’ve spent in a while.

The employees were extremely friendly and lively even at 7am. Even if it was for just coffee, I received my order immediately. Great music and atmosphere in this specific store, overall a nice experience

Okay, it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. There’s only so excited you can get. The coffee was very good(clearly freshly made, which makes a big difference) and the pastries were good. What really set this location apart is how friendly and helpful the staff was. My little sister and I were waiting for Megabus on the coldest day of the year. It turned out the bus had been cancelled without notification. We didn’t find out from Megabus — we found out from the Dunkin Donuts staff who saw us waiting with luggage and came up to us to ask if we were waiting for Megabus and to let us know that the buses were cancelled. We called Megabus and confirmed. The employees had already been kind to us(smiling while serving, taking our order politely and saying all the niceties), but going out of their way to help us was really just above and beyond. Great people here, I hope they get the recognition they deserve. It’s not easy to be cheery and helpful early in the morning on a frigid day.

It’s kind of hard to order coffee when your front door is locked with a sign on one door to use the other door… also locked. With no other entrance. I was in dire need of caffeine and DD employees fail me. Yet Again. As Usual.

Quick breakfast sandwich; egg white, turkey sausage and cheddar on an English muffin. A-okay, but I’ve had better. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the coffee. My house runs on Dunkin’.

It’s a Dunkin Donuts… so we all know what to expect right? Standard coffee, donut, breakfast fare. Yes, I wish I had time to brew my own coffee and make breakfast like a proper«adult» but that’s not in the cards. Reason’s I’m giving this particular location 5 stars ~ Super fast service– There’s rarely a line here even during the morning rush. Someone’s always ready to take the next order and I’ve never waited for coffee. ~ Friendly, shockingly friendly. I get the feeling thsey like their job. I couldn’t stand that close to donuts all day trying to ignore their siren song and be so cheery. ~ Free donuts! In case you didn’t know, the recipe from a medium coffee has a survey that equals one free donut on your next trip. So after the first purchase you save 89 cents(lay off me, free is free) So, in spite of the many, many, many other coffee places I walk past daily this is where I get my caffeine fix.

I ordered a caramel iced coffee and instead got a french vanilla coffee. Actually, I don’t know what coffee I got, I just know it wasn’t the caramel iced coffee I ordered. I also ordered a sausage wrap and was given a confused look by the employee here. I’ve ordered these two items at various other Dunkin donuts with no problems and no confused looks. I think I’m going to stay away from here for a while.

Worst store layout of any DD. I have been in here a few times since it has become a DD and marveled at how awful it was setup. To get a complete order, you pass the same corner at least 3, sometimes 4 times. a. Come in, walk PAST the registers to get in line. b. Order, pay, get coffee, walk toward the door, then BACKPAST the registers toward the hot station. c. Get toasted bagel and walk back out THROUGH the line for the register, PAST the register and people again. The flow just makes NO sense and I would say most DD are just OK in traffic flow. For a brand new location just outside a major transit hub, this is a disgusting representation of your brand. I have to pass this location OR a Starbucks on the two block walk to my office. I really like DD coffee, hard to stomach Starbucks but 9 out of 10 days, I go to Starbucks because of this layout. My DD Average: Food B, service A, layout C(coffee A+) This location: Food C, service C, layout F, makes coffee a C.

It’s a donut shop on a busy corner in the Loop. The donuts and muffins are fresh and the coffee is freshly brewed. The staff is friendly and they move their busy line fast to keep busy travelers and workers on their way. If you’re a donut person, Dunkin’ Donuts is good for mass produced donuts. I prefer the mom and pop shops, but when one can’t be found DD fulfills the donut craving. Mega Bus picks up their passengers across the street and DD makes sure that those passengers do not loiter inside taking up the tables and chairs.

Ok, so I’m a Dunkin Donut ho. Donuts and coffee were both great but took points off because there is no place to sit down.

Not a huge fan of Dunkin’ Donuts, I go sometimes for coffee, but I hate the whole loss of control thing over my cream and sugar. My local DDs puts me into a diabetic shock with too much sugar in a cup of joe that resembles the color of whole milk as well. Ask for less sugar and I’m looked at like I’m talkin’ crazy and unpatriotic to boot! Well, if someone can review this place based on one donut being overturned in their to go bag, I can review a place based on one perfect cup of coffee! I asked for a cup of coffee«cream and sugar» and was given a perfect cup of Joe, just how I like it! I do not know how… but I’ll be back to this new Dunkin’ Donuts even though there’s a Starbucks in my work building.

A familiar friend I don’t need doughnuts in my life, really. I’ve pretty much made it a point to avoid doughnuts and sausage ever since I hit a certain age. Then one day, my co-worker walked in with a DD coffee and familiar wax bag in all it’s orange and pinkness. We started a small banter about doughnuts and whatnot and I finally told him that the only doughnut I really like from D&D was the blueberry cake. Fortunately, I added, the DD I used to frequent rarely made them. All it took was a peek in the window to see if they had any and I could be on my way without the carbs and calories as they didn’t seem to be making them anymore. I figured they went the way of their salt bagels too [another favorite carb]. My co-worker said«If I ever see a blueberry cake doughnut I’m going to buy you one». I had no worries about it since I was sure they would have them. I was wrong. I was also wrong about assuming that he was trekking it over to the DD on Jackson. Little did I know that this new location was now fully operational. The shop is bright and clean, the staff pretty much knows what they are doing, and they carry the blueberry cake doughnuts. I didn’t need to know that. I’m going to try to limit myself to maybe 1 or 2 a month, but I’m afraid, at least from the start, I will over-indulge and live [or not] to regret it later.

It’s Dunkin Donuts. Their donuts are tasty. Why did I give it two stars? Well, this morning I thought I’d stop by on the way to work and pick up a Boston crème since I haven’t had one in years. I get to work and what do I see? The stinkin donut is lying upside down in the bag so all the chocolate is smashed against the bottom. Who does that? Servers who don’t give a crap, that’s who. Did I look like I needed to lay off the extra chocolate or something? I always try to be nice to everybody I initially meet unless they’re pissing me off for one reason or another and I was nice today. Did I deserve to have my donut crammed in upside down like that? Either she didn’t know it shouldn’t be upside down, in which case she’s stupid, or she knew and did it deliberately, in which case she’s an asshole. I’m glad I didn’t order a coffee since they may have handed it to me upside as well.

Yes, it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts and a chain coffee shop. I’m reviewing it anyway. Every morning, my bus travels north up Canal and I lust after caffeine to start my day. I noticed this location was under construction and waited anxiously to see it open up. Yesterday, the paper was removed from the windows and there were people inside! Hooray! But I was running late, so no time for coffee. I made a point to leave early enough today to stop in to DD and I’m so glad I did. I step inside and find that there is no line. Cool. I don’t know if this location’s employees are just hopped up on free coffee or what, but they were the happiest people I’ve ever met. There were smiles all around, helpful folks getting my drink quicker than you can say«hazelnut iced coffee» and the fastest cashier in the Loop. I was on my way with a smile on my face and a great coffee in hand. This will be my morning stop from now on.
