They are unprofessional, and the coffee is obviously not standardized. On multiple occasions, all coffee I’ve received, with the same order has had completely different tastes; some bad and some good. You have to actually familiarize yourself with the personnel in order to get the coffee that you want. Taking back things is an extremely big hassle if the coffee you’ve received was poor in taste, and I’ve only did this once. The service is very friendly, but at the same time so rigid and unyielding at times, so much so, that it is not worth going here if you are in a car, where you can go elsewhere for better coffee and better service.

I order coffee and instead I get dark water with cream and sugar. I have been here three times and I will never go back! Don’t water down your coffee to save money. You have just lost a customer for the ridiculous business practice of making coffee like water. I’m taking my $ 1.97 to another DD that makes real coffee.
