This Dunkin Donuts is the pitts! This is the second time that I have given this place a chance. The staff is always in the back talking and playing the black guy with the dreadlocks is always playing and not paying attention. I had to repeat my order several times and he still didn’t get it right. I told them I would be calling in on them and I will. the staff is so slow, discourteous, and have no idea of professionalism whatsoever. Does Dunkin Donuts is in a prime location and doesn’t need to be closed however, management should revamp the layout and hire new staffing. Perhaps the people working there now need a wake up call. I will never go there again! if I’m passing by and noticed a whole new crew, only then will I ever patron this Dunkin Donuts again. The coffee is always weaker than the coffee I’ve gotten at other Dunkin Donuts I’ve patronized.

Ugh. The worst. They are adequately staffed but employees don’t seem to pay much attention or care so even when it’s a non-​peak time your order takes forever and you have to repeat it. Been there a few times when washing laundry next door but after last night I will never return
Walked out of there so disgusted. Guy was on his headset talking to a friend and I repeated my order four times and he still wasn’t getting it since he couldn’t be bothered to stop talking to his buddy. I was the only person in line. How about more doing your darn job and less talkin on the phone. It’s rude. Obviously he had better things to do and I hate to keep him from his important socializing so I kept my money and left. The only reason why this one has any revenue at all is its proximity to Spin Cycle.

This place barely deserves one star. Slow, rude and horrible service is guaranteed when you go here. The gay Latino is an a$$hole. If you like eye rolling and sarcastic and rude comments this is the place for you.

Slow, slow, slow. Lukewarm coffee, and incorrect orders. The coffee is very weak compared to other locations. Keep it moving, you will risk being late for work waiting for a small coffee!

I’ve tried several times to give this DD a chance.
During the morning rush hour, they only have 3, MAYBE 4, people working. When your rushing to work and dropping your child off to school, you need them to move and they don’t. They are slow and many times, my coffee order is wrong. Once, there was a spider crawling on the Great America discount ticket offer by the register that I had to bring to the attention of the guy taking orders.
Downtown, I’m in and out… even on 53… I’m in and out. Don’t be in a rush here!!! They really need to learn how to speed it up and make coffee right the first time. It’s simple… not rocket science. The coffee is already made… just put the correct syrup in it!
