My coffee is always on point here, and its awesome that they know exactly what Im having… Starts my morning off right… BTW the manager here does a great job he is there in the morning great customer service, super great person my 4 year old son does not want to go any other DD besides here he loves chatting with The Man as he calls him…

I really wanted to like this location as it is in walking distance from where I live, but after 3 poor experiences in a row I will not be returning.
The first poor experience I had I ordered 2 lattes. There was a sign that said they were $ 1.99 for a special. After I paid I noticed I had paid full price, $ 3.90. When I asked for about it the woman behind the counter seemed confused and didn’t know there was a deal. Then I asked for a refund and she said it was not possible since I did not pay with cash. I find that hard to believe that a transaction is not able to be canceled or refunded. There was no attempts to apologize for this, merely a shrug of the shoulders.
The second poor experience isn’t as bad. I asked for a pound of coffee as it is locked up. She scanned it and began to charge me when I asked if it was whole bean. She looked at the bag and said «Yeah, I think so». I then looked and found it said ground. Not a huge deal, just surprising that an employee at a dunkin donuts wouldn’t know the difference between whole bean and ground coffee.
The last and most upsetting experience that made me decide that I will never return. I asked for two lattes, again still $ 1.99 deal. She told me she could only do one at that price, when I said that I was able to get two at that price at many other locations she just looked at me blankly. I asked her to ring it up as two separate transactions, she didn’t want to but obliged. I watched her make the lattes. The milk for the latte was not fresh, it was sitting in the container that it gets steamed in. So no clue how long that had been sitting there. Then once she steamed the milk and finished the lattes she found that there was not enough steamed milk for both lattes. So she took one latte and topped it off with fresh milk and just mixed the drink with a spoon. The latte had very poor taste and was lukewarm when it was given to me.
There is a dunkin donuts at Foster and Nagle that has much better service. I would highly recommend going to that one.

When you hear owners talk about spitting in coffee especially the police officers coffee it sickens me.

They are very friendly here. There’s a sweet lady who works behind the counter and she is always so cheerful. I don’t come here as often as I would like, but they are perfect for busy commuters who need to get to the bus terminal across the street.

I come here often for my work breaks they seem to run like a well oiled machine and they get your orfer and get you in and out quickly and thats a plus

In and out quick courteous service in the area was very clean and very professional. Sometimes it gets pretty busy in the mornings but it’s an orderly crowd no monkey business. When I’m in this area I usually stop by here and no regrets although the bathroom being locked threw me for a loop. Sometimes when you gotta go, you gotta go. The bathroom itself is also very clean.

Go to any other Dunkin. An employee bragged on facebook about spitting in coffee. When confronted about it, the owner told the complainers to get off his property. How professional

Not much parking in the lot. Overall, the people are decent and very clean location. There is a limit ice cream section on-​site. We visit since it’s close by for quick after dinner ice cream.

I love this place. They know my order and have it ready in a snap. Attaced to gas station which is a bounus.
