Dunkin’ Donuts

Warning! If you want a cup of good tasting Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, don’t go to this store! I’m convinced they water down their dark roast. I took my lousy tasting dark roast iced coffee back and exchanged it for a cup of hot dark roast only to find the same watered-​down nasty tasting coffee. I won’t be stopping there again even though it’s convenient to where I work.

Pizza Party Pooper– The drive thru employee pocketed my change. She took advantage of the fact I was rushing, she messed up my order and I was distracted to keep about $ 16 that was meant for school children. Let me explain: The drive thru line is long on Fridays so of course, you want to get your coffee and move asap so other people can be serviced. I noticed I did not have my change and went inside. When I confronted the employee– she was like why would you drive off without a receipt and change-​, well because it took forever, they handed me the wrong bag and I am NOT expecting to get ROBBED by a business I frequent. I go there EVERY week, sometimes a couple times per week, and its always the same routine, put my change and food on the passenger seat. Someone checks the register, at which point I am late and she says its correct, which means the change is in her pocket along with my receipt. The reason I needed to break the $ 20 was because today is the last day of school and I needed change to buy my first graders the pizza they earned for their end of the year party. So enjoy my change, dunkin donuts drive thru thief, hope it was worth it, taking money from a class of 6 year olds. I emailed a complaint, I hope she doesn’t do this to anyone else.

Every time I stop to get my coffee I would say this time it would be better than last time. However, they let me down each time!
Not sure what is the exact problem, but as an ex-​Dunkin donuts worker I can tell that there is something wrong with the coffee machine they have there. Also, the coffee must be discard after 18 minutes however I guess there they would not throw it and instead it give it to customers.
