Its been a while since I have been to Dunkin Donuts but being in a rush I decided to stop by here and get some coffee… the sales person was very rude! I would not recommend this place to anyone

Very rude staff. Never a hello, thank you, or have a nice day. They need to learn customer service skills ASAP

i like this place cause it’s down the street from my house, but the service is HORRIBLE. Going through the drive though is like pulling teeth. It wasn’t always this bad. I remember last summer when service was super quick and efficient. I’m not sure if they got new management, but if they did, they need to change it again. A lot of the workers are rude, and seems to have no courtesy whatsoever. i think i’d rather drive the extra 5 minutes to the next one just to avoid them here.

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts of all. Not just because it’s close to my house, but for several other reasons. 1)The are fast. Even the longest lines seem to disappear in moments. 2)They don’t screw up your order. I’ve had some nightmare f-up’s at other locations, but they’ve never gotten my order wrong here. 3) The service is really friendly. Sometimes you get the drive-thru operator who makes no secret of the fact that he/she doesn’t want to be there. Not here. Everyone really seems like they care about doing their jobs well — no matter how monotonous and tedious. I would give it 4 stars, but can you give any fast-food joint 5???

We were having a block party andI was in charge of getting donations for our raffle. Well I called up Dunkin Donuts and asked them if they would generously donate something(keep in mind that whenever companies donate their goods to something like this they can always take it off in taxes as long as they have recipts) I was told by the manager that someone had already been in and they had already recieved something for the block: LIE1! The block party rolled around and I asked the other person who was getting prizes if she went there and she said that she had and they told her someone else had already been in and got the donation LIE2! I am sorry but if they have to LIE about something so trivial then they obviously don’t want my business; it also makes me wonder what else they are lying about cleanliness? Freshness of the food? What? I got some other prizes and the block party was a success. People dont waste your money here there is another NICER Dunkin Donuts at Dunning Square.
