Dynamic Studio Salon, Spa & Boutique

Hated it hated it… I went in for a simple trim. I was very specific as to what I wanted and even related that I have a contract with a modeling agency and can’t change my look without notice (sucks…I know). Chop chop chop and chop she went. I really couldn’t tell what she was doing.
While she was working on my hair apparently there was something happening in one of their massage rooms,. A customer was crying and my stylist kept running back to check on this customer and assist a coworker. I don’t know what happened, but after being n the salon for 3 hrs I was so over it. So I rushed to pay my tab, but I had to wait another 15 – 20 minutes.
The first time the machine was not working properly, the second time someone was on a personal call and tho they knew I was waiting to pay and leave they didn’t rush to get off the phone. Finally a manager or the owner I don’t know who she was came to assist and process my card.
I nicely said thank you I’ve been waiting for a while and really need to leave. She got pissy and upset that I said that.
Needless to say once I got home and washed my hair to see how it was really cut. Not only did she not do as I asked but I couldn’t freaking fix my hair. She thinned out the bottom of my hair. If I straighten it it just didn’t fall nicely and if I let my hair curl it looked horrible because my hair wasn’t full at the bottom.
I have had short hair for a looooong time so having it to my shoulders was huge and I was soooooooooo happy. I just wanted a freaking trim! I tired to fix it on my own and it didn’t work. The very next week after my disastrous cut I get a call from the agency telling me I have to do my video for the website. I was freaking out! I didn’t have a decent cut, my hair did not look like my comp etc.
So I was forced to go to a hair cuttery and have it shorten really short. I feel like I have a man’s cut and I hate it. I can not wait for it to grow!
As far as Dynamic hair salon, sure their dynamic @ ruining your hair and over priced!

I almost forgot the girl who cut my hair, kept freaking burning my ears because she was either talking to someone else or trying to figure out what was going on with the customer that was crying. When I finally let out an ouch she told me in a pissy way to hold my ear… ugh worst salon experience of my life!!!
