Wow! How is this company even licensed to do business? We explained exactly what we needed moved (4 bedrooms) and gave specific directions to our condo by Navy Pier. The morning of the move the owner called asking for directions and claimed to be at some address on the South Side, nowhere near us. We only had a 4-​hour window to get moved and now he was obviously going to be at least an hour late. Then he proceeded to ask how many rooms and how much stuff he was moving, evidently not recalling specifics of the previous conversations. When we told him he said, «I thought I was only moving about 12 items – there’s no way my truck can hold all that!». We had only chosen this service because somebody had given a 5-​star rating on another site, but perhaps that was done by family and friends. Brutal! Go with a reputable name, even if it costs a little more…
