The ABSOLUTE freaking WORST store, customer and delivery service… Totally F’d up my mothers birthday… Delivery driver LIED about my mother not being home then FAILED to call her as her number was listed on the order… I will not only never use this store again but I will NEVER use this company again in my life… I’m sooooo pissed I could cry AND scream at the same time… Never ever again

I cannot even explain how bad this experience was! The most upsetting was the negative attitude and way that Evena spoke to me on the phone. I ordered an arrangement for my sisters birthday on line. I was called by Evena the delivery driver the day after my sister was supposed to get her birthday delivery. She told me that she had been to her home yesterday and no one was there. She said she will only go once a day to Try to deliver again. When I couldn’t reach my sister I went about my work day, Evena called me again about 20 minutes later. I hadn’t heard from my sister but I told her she could deliver. I found out the next day that my sister never got her gift. When I called and asked Evena if it was delivered to the right address she yelled at me, basically screamed, that she handed it directly to my sister. Now I don’t know about you, but when you pay 50 $ for an arrangement and get yelled at by the delivery driver when they clearly don’t give a crap about the customer or product, then you have no other recourse but to complain. I couldn’t even get the satisfaction of complaining or get a word out without her saying «YOU BE WRONG!» I was so angry by the way I was treated I asked her what her name was, she didn’t remember that I wrote her name down the day before. To my surprise she screamed back at me «EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS THATS MY NAME!» Then she abruptly hung up on me. When I compared notes with my sister in Indiana she informed me that she has had nothing but problems with that branch in the past.
Save your self the trouble and the money. DO Not give them your business!

this was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I walked in to no one at the counter (no big deal). then the door from the back opens to a worker with a box of popeye’s chicken in hand and annoyed look. the worker said she was not able to eat as if it were the customers fault for coming in and interrupting. I simply bought a cup from the fridge and was allowed to pick it for myself. the box of popeye’s chicken never left the workers hand or sight for the entire service and transaction. If i didn’t really want my Lady to have some fruit at that very moment I certainly would not have given my time and money to this place!

The service was horrible. I ordered an arrangement and it was suppose to be delivered on my sisters birthday and they delivered the arrangement two days before not only did they deliver it on the wrong day but the fruit was not good.

Please do not select this location! My daughter ordered 2 arrangements for Mother’s Day — 1 for me and 1 for her grandmother. I received a call from the delivery driver on Mother’s Day that she left my delivery on a neighbor’s front porch. Why??? Even worse, my mother NEVER received her arrangement. My daughter called and left messages for the manager and she never received a call back. This is totally ridiculous.
