Emergency Room

I brought in a pair of boots for stitch repair and cleaning. The stitch repair was extremely sloppy and they did not bother to clean my boots, but did insist on charging me full price for a job that was not complete. I would definitely NOT recommend taking anything to this establishment!

Took 2 pairs of snow boots in: One pair for cleaning and one pair to have the bottom part of it re-​attached as it was coming apart and snow was getting inside my boots!
The cleaned pair needed to have 3 years worth of salty snow cleaned off and upon picking them up, they looked brand spankin new! I was very impressed.
The pair that had the bottom part re-​attached I have to give it a ⁷⁄₁₀. Yes, the bottom part was re-​attached successfully, but I feel the gluing part was a bit sloppy. Granted, those boots were the sweater-​knit kind and they were beige. soo… the glue (when looking up close) was a bit evident. A bit smeared and sorta seeping out.
I shrugged it off cause the service was cheap and, well, boots get ruined anyway. The gentleman who helped me was VERY sweet and welcoming. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt so I’ll be going back. I feel like I still need to test the waters and see.

Took my favorite pair of heels in last week Wednesday. The shoes needed new heels and to be cleaned. Said the shoes would be done on Saturday morning. I picked them up that day and they looked better than I expected.
Would definitely recommend.

I came here because I previously had a good experience… after yesterday’s pick up I will never go again they ruined my husband classic shoes his favorite brought them in for a simple sole separation problem they seem to have experimented with many types of glue and they where unsuccessful and ruined his shoes they look worst that when I brought them I’m very disappointed

I’ve had five pair of boots custom altered at this location. The work is good and the prices are very reasonable. Only downside I can see is that it’s a cash-​only operation. Fantastic work and service, though!
