Excellent customer service! I had originally purchased a rent a car through
. Well when I got to Midway airport, I had to present a major credit card, which I didn’t have. I was going to drive to Florida for an untimely funeral. Airline tickets were ridiculously high. I decided to to call my local Enterprise and was met with extreme care. They were concerned about my situation and resolved to help. Once in the office, they were polite to everyone and greeted all that came in! I know… it’s a shame that you even have to comment on the basics of good customer service, but they exceeded my expectations! Overall my experience was wonderful! They even suggested a car that would be comfortable driving!

The staff here goes out of their way to please. Raymi (store Mgr), leads by example. I WAS TOTALLY PLEASED. I will now drive past a Hertz and another Enterprise location to use this location.

Great customer service. As a result of a car accident the insurance company made a reservation for me with Enterprise. It just so happened I needed to pick up my car after a huge snow storm the previous day. At this location their system and phones were down. But that didn’t stop nothing. They had to go back to the old school ways and do everything manually. I had to wait a little longer than usual, but it was expected. Charles and Ike took very good care of me. They got me into my vehicle without any problems. Once my car was repaired I was then able to have a smooth return of the rental car.
