I forgot to update this review. After numerous phone calls to the store six months after placing my original order I realized that the only way of action was to get my deposit refunded. I disputed the charge and was awarded my deposit back on the card. The very next day I got a phone call from the store owner who was yelling at me for getting the refund. I told him if he wanted my money he needed to deliver the goods. Literally. He told me that since I no longer had a deposit with him, I needed to start a new order and give him a new deposit and he would then fill out a new furniture order for me.

This place is TERRIBLE! The owner is a rude, angry man that does not stay true to his word. The furniture will NOT come at the scheduled delivery date, instead expect your furniture to come in pieces or a year later. ABSOLUTELYRIDICULOUS. The company does not hold up to any of their promises of «special order». They are all the same dimensions. This place seems to be a SCAM! No refunds or exchanges are given. In fact, the owner will get into a SCREAMINGMATCH with you if you even bring up the word«refund». I have never experienced such terrible and UNPROFESSIONAL customer service. I will be filing a formal complaint. I do not want to tell people where they should or should not buy their furniture, but I recommend to avoid this company.

RUNAWAY!!! This company is HORRIBLE!!! The one 5 star rating is from one of the owners!!! I wish I would have seen the posts below before I bought a couch from this company. Iggy is a horrible businessman. I ordered my couch over the phone on June 26th, 2015. I was promised my couch would arrive in 3 months, September 26th, and now it is nearly December and still no couch. He refuses to make good on any of his late deliveries and will tell you that you just have to wait. KNOWYOURRIGHTS! The Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule states that by law, if a merchant is unable to ship within the promised time, the merchant must notify you, give a revised shipping date, AND give you a chance to cancel for a full refund. He has do none of the above. Each time I found out that my couch was late was it was because I called him!!! I am disputing the down payment with my credit card company. Stay away from this company! He says he offers good prices but a good price with no delivery is A BADPRICE. He started yelling at me when I told him to cancel the order and that I wanted my money back. The nerve.

this is a shady operation — none of the furniture has any tags or identification as to country of origin, the owner said that I obviously didn’t know anything about furniture when I pointed out that the«leather» on one item was apparently some sort of man-made leather product(all the marks/patterns on the leather were uniform). I googled the owners name and up popped numerous pages where he was seeking information on shippers/suppliers from Asia — he insists that all of his furniture is from Poland and Italy. Shady

They should have NEGATIVE stars. DONOTSHOPHERE! I ordered my couch over SEVEN months ago. Iggy(owner) came up with one excuse after another. I was patient and tried to be understanding considering the initial estimate of 3 months. The furniture may be contemporary but it is NOTWORTHTHEHEADACHE and all the excuses. This guy can’t keep any paperwork straight, never returns phone calls as stated, and is not reliable at all. Go to another company!

If you like modern –deco looking furniture that seems more for looks than function, this is the place to come. I guess people really do use these expensive pieces to sit on/sleep on etc. but it’s definitely not my style. Regardless, my husband wanted to browse here and the salespeople were very nice and not pushy.
