I have a verified delivery invoice, email, and online tracking information that all say my package was delivered here 3 days ago (thursday)/ signed for by employee, Bic.
I went in on a Saturday and the owner goes to the back for a minute, tells me it is not there, and refuses to check the pile of at least 10 packages sitting next to him. He goes on to tell me that it might be there after the weekend EVEN THOUGH MY INVOICE WAS VERIFIED ON THURSDAY. I just want my package.

What a jerk the owner is. I went in to grab a few groceries and pick up a UPS package at 10:15 when the store data it opens at 9. The door is open, so I go in and loon for someone to help me. The guy comes from outside saying he’s not open for 15 more minutes, as he keeps bringin in boxes from outside he makes me stand out in the rain. When I said the store says it opens at 9, he yells «my store, I open 9,10,11, whenever I want!» Great way to get people to come back into your store.

UPS needs to get a better access point. The sign clearly states they open at 9am yet the place was closed when I arrived around 10:15am. I just want my freakin package.

They don’t open on time and when you try to call the number on the sign you get a random person making grunting noises and then get hung up on. UPS needs to get some better access points.
