Express Maid

There were two women that showed up and only one that did most of the work. The one maid that did not do much work did a lot of talking and standing in one place doing the same thing. I was very detailed about what I wanted done. I found the maid on several occasions cleaning areas of the house that was already clean. They spent hours of cleaning and still I had to go behind them and clean. I will either not go with the service again or request different people.: this is an update to my post. The manager called and asked if I would like to set an appointment for an up coming week. I explained my the service I received and his response was just ok well thank you. He did not apologize for the horrible service. I will not use their service again!

meh. wasn’t the worst cleaning service, but wasn’t the best either. the girls were late, yet still charged me from the beginning of the hour. they talked on their cell phones a good deal, and seemed to spend the better part of an hour killing time just swiffing the kitchen floor over and over again. but what can you expect for $ 15 an hour. they wouldn’t clean the cat box, and after vaccuuming, they didn’t go under the couch coushins until after i said something. but after they left, my apartment was clean (although i helped a great deal) so it was descent. they were also pleasant girls and one spoke english well. i appreciated their hard work (the place was quite a disaster to begin with), but i don’t think i will use their services again.

Worst service ever!

After finally biting the bullet and having a cleaning service come to the apartment, I’ve wondered what took me so long. Working off a referral from a friend, my roommate and I called Express Maid to set up our initial cleaning. And boy, did our apartment need it. The cleaning teams are friendly, prompt and efficient, doing a great job in the apartment. I usually never have a problem getting someone on a day’s notice — and the rates are $ 15/​hr (for each cleaner.) I’ve always been happy with the service they’ve provided and feel they are trustworthy and that they’ll do a good job. Highly recommended.
