I’ve been here on two occasions with two different stylists. First, I had Shannon who was wonderful. She listened to what I wanted with my hair, and really took the time to make it look great. She washed it, cut it, blow dried it, straightened it, then finished cutting it just to make sure that it looked good and that I was happy with it. I definitely recommend her! The second time I went in, Shannon wasn’t available so I saw Tracy. I was not pleased, and months later I am still trying to grow my hair out from what she did. I feel as though she didn’t listen to what I wanted and didn’t take nearly the amount of time with me that Shannon did. My hair looks choppy and uneven and I am always wishing it would grow faster to even out the cut.

I am new to this area of Chicago and I was not sure about choosing a salon from Unilocal,but this is a great salon and totally not what you would think looking at the outside! So modern and SUPER friendly. I had an up-​do done by Noelle and she did a great job and she was great to talk to!

A couple weeks back I got my hair done here for a wedding. I got a half up-​do and loved it. Dawn did a fantastic job and was hilariously entertaining to talk to. I love when I get my hair done by someone I enjoy talking with, it makes all the difference.

I love Face to Face. I usually get my hair cut and highlighted by Shannon or Karen. They both do a WONDERFUL job with my hair. I have a weird natural blond color that makes highlighting difficult. They fix it up with no problems. It is great that they, all the people who work there, all support each other and are not upset if you see another person that was available sooner. I really appreciate this since sometime I am not able to go to either Shannon or Karen consistently.
