Pretty good pizza. Nothing outstanding but pizza is pizza. Turns out they serve more than just that so that’s cool. Love the Chicago sports theme they got going on, loads of White Sox/​Bears/​Bulls/​Blackhawks pictures. Another McKinley Park classic.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. Called at 8pm to make an order for pick up. Medium pizza and large order fries. Nothing complicated. Waited out front for 35 minutes, because they said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Turns out they never put the order in. They claimed they never got the order. That maybe I called a different place. Called back to talk to a manager and it seems like all they did was pick up the phone and leave it on the counter. I can clearly hear the girl taking orders for FALCO’S pizza. So obviously I’m not calling a different place. I’ve called back several times later and still the same thing. They pick up only to set the phone down. Not even a «please hold», nothing. I usually like their pizza, but I don’t care how good a place is. If the customer service is bad, like it was today. I’ll never go back. Shame. Not even an apology.

We have always liked Falco’s Pizza for the prices and location. However, with the addition of a full bar, we like it even more. Kimmie is an excellent bartender and makes the BEST mixed drinks.

Ordered a pizza for delivery last night for delivery. After an hour and fifteen minutes I received a call from the driver saying he was out front. I had to go out to the front of my house to get my order, he didn’t come to the door. The surprise came when we opened the box and found the pizza totally mangles and smashed to one side of the box. It has obviously been dropped. I called Falcos who said they could bring me another one, in another 1 ½ hours or they could give me «a couple buck credit» on my next order. Really??? $ 36.00 for a so-​so pizza and fries, no delivery to the door and a smashed pizza? Will never order again.

Have had falcos pizza a dozen times. It has great crust but there is a ton of salt in it. The last pizza made me and my two friends sick. Won’t order again. Also our «well done» pizza was undercooked in the middle.

My co-​worker said this place has the best calzone’s in Chicago so he brought me one. My Lord this thing was huge! I ate it in quarters took me 3 days to finish. I would like to try it fresh out the oven next time but I’ll need help eating it lol

I’ve been ordering from here for about a year cuz the pizza is decent, but it always takes crazy long for delivery. Tonight I was told it would take an hour and ten minutes (on a boring Tuesday night). One hour 45 min later I called asking where it was. The girl said it was on the way. Another forty five minutes later I call and find out she had the wrong phone number in the first place. Not that the driver needed it cuz I gave directions to the intercom and said to dial my name. Manager told me it would take another 45 min to deliver (3+hours now) and offered me a 10 $ credit on a future order. That’s not even half off a small pizza. I know it’s just a hole in the wall pizza delivery place, but horrible customer service. Never use em again.

Ordered a pizza and found finger nails in my food!!! My kids almost ate it! Called in to complain and the night time manager began to act like they had no recognition of my order! Neither my information she took down prior even after she called me by name which I didn’t give her but she knew because I am in there system! So disappointed and furious!!! That is just disgusting!!! Never eating there again!!!

Called them for delivery of large pizza; was told it would be delivered in aprox 1 hour. Waited 3 hours, still no sign of the pizza. Called them again only to be told they didn’t receive my order. This, by the way, is the 3rd time I had this occur when ordering pizza from them. Never again!

when it’s a Monday night and Chop Suey City is closed go here. Or if its game day and yr into that kind of thing. Get pizza with garlic crust, v good and garlicy. Reasonable price for pitcher of headache (beer). Server was slightly confused when we only ordered onions, but very nice and friendly. They also have a pool table, not sure if its working. Would order for delivery as well. Thats when I’ll give a real review.

I tried this pizza for the first time, and this had a good impression for my first.
The service was good. The staff were friendly to me when I came. They also were quick on the food.
The pizza was great. I had the cheese pizza, and the taste was good. I also tried the fries here. They were thick, but quite tasty!
All in all, good pizza place! I’ll come back soon!

Yesterday my family and I ordered a 16 inch half sausage half pepperoni, extra sauce and well done pizza along with a 12 piece hot chicken wing which came with fries. Since the order was over 30 bucks (before taxes) we got a free 6 pack of soda. The total was 37.50. Great service the pizza got here in about 45 minutes and was nice and hot! My family eats home runn in pizza allot and the story is that falcos and home runn in were co owners at one point and then separated. We could taste the similarity in both pizzas. Great pizza

The pizza is super tasty. Excellent butter crust and sweet tomato sauce. Easily the cheapest date in town. Economic, humongous slices & domestic beer pitchers. The service is not great, but the food will outweigh the service. Watch a game or shoot pool while you wait. If you’re really hungry go for the panzerotti – I think it was made in heaven.

The competition in the Chicago Pizza biz is stiff.
I’ve been working somewhat nearby so I thought I’d order some takeout pizza for some coworkers.
I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza. It took less time to finish than what was quoted.
The restaurant itself is a tiny little hole in the wall. Nothing fancy here, I would not ever dine in. A couple of tables in a run down looking place. The kitchen did appear clean to me and there were decent reviews from locals on Unilocal.
The pizza was pretty tasty, everyone seemed to enjoy it. The crust was buttery and crisp, the cheese was melty, and the toppings were a meaty salty deliciousness.
I would order it again but I hate visiting the location so I’ll just have to send someone else to pick it up.
