I just used Fast and Reliable a 2nd time two weeks ago. The guys showed up early and were able to finish in exactly two hours so I only paid what the minimum was. The price of these movers is better than what I was quoted with other Chicago movers. I would say that these guys were pretty professional and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I just want to say that Kellen and Al came to my place on time, even early, and ready to work!!! They are very professional, nice, easy going, and quick. Their prices are very reasonable and the move was smooth. They treated my stuff as their own and I’d recommend them to anyone!

i’ve used Fast & Reliable 3 times. the first times, everything was great, they were on time and it was cheap. The third time, today, they have been MIA for 2 hours now. My boyfriend had to find another company last minute and is now going with them. I would understand emergencies, but then giving a phone call, sending a text or at least picking up your phone would be the minimum expected! This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable! Use them at your own risks!
