DONOTDEALWITHTHESEGUYS! Bought a hoody from the clothing brand DONTBEMAD and wanted to exchange it for a different size. I kept trying to get in contact with DONTBEMAD through twitter, e-mail, and their website and everything was ignored. The DONTBEMAD website states — «Exchanges may also be made in person at our shop Fat Tiger Workshop in Chicago.» … So I thought I’d give Fat Tiger Workshop a call. Terrell picked up and said the hoody I owned was not available, so I asked if there were any other hoodies available, and he said I would be able to get 2 hoodies(since they were on sale) to match the price of the hoody I originally bought. Terrell then tells me to ship my hoody to their store. ONLY to find out that the store has closed. I have called the shop multiple times after only for them to give me a «We will call you back.» Wasted my money on shipping and also wasted money on a hoody that is now lost. I understand alot of this goes with DONTBEMAD(who is separate from Fat Tiger Workshop) … but please do not tell me to ship and item when you know you are moving stores in a few days. Also, please do not just avoid my calls by saying«we will call you back»
