Finish Line

Avoid at all costs. I did an in store pick-​up at this location, arrived, the short ginger bearded dude took forever to ring up the order, which I already paid in advance. There seemed to be no one around to help anyone. Finally left, got home Here’s the kicker… no pun intended, when I opened the shoe box my white shoes were stained with Cheetos finger prints!!! I called back and spoke to this very incompetent woman named Candice. Candice said she was a manager, but I think the only thing she manages are new ways to be a total and complete idiot. It was worse than speaking to a robot. Anyway, the workers here are disgusting inside and out. I’ll post photo of my Cheetos shoes they want me to spend more time going back to their god awful location. Now I know why they are on the 7^th floor, keep Finish Line away from all the normal people.

After looking for Adidas superstar for my daughter, No one had these shoes except it showed Chicago il finish line had 5 pairs, after contacting them twice, and speaking to the right person, turned out to be, they had not recieved shipment, but showed up in there inventory. The manager Raymond, was so kind enough to look out for the shipment and call me once it was received in there store. I got the shoes in correct size today they are AMAZING!!! and the right fit. Thank you soooooo much for making her wish come true…

This was definitely the worst customer service I’ve experienced on my trip to Chicago. Normally when visiting a shoe store you can’t keep the employees off you asking if you need help etc. I made eye contact several times with a girl to see if she would come up to me. She failed to do that. When confronting her for a size of shoe. Without speaking a single word to me she very rudely proceeded to get my shoe size. All I wanted was a pair of shoes to walk in for the rest of my trip. I honesty contemplated leaving walking all the way back down Michigan to look in other stores because it just seemed that no one wanted to help me. There were 4 employees in the store, and it wasn’t busy. They were too busy running to the back to restock and fold to accomplish the most important mission they have, customer service.

I have never given a review on Unilocal,but the customer service at this store was so poor I feel that I need to. When I asked the employees to get me a size in a sneaker they very rudely went and got them. Every employee in the store treated me as though I was causing them an inconvenience and the other customers continued to cut me in line. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a store. Good thing i had already been to Nike and was only coming in because Nike didn’t have my size in a shoe I had already picked out

I swung by here a few times over the last 12 months, and, even if I don’t pick up a new pair of kicks, their inventory is typically worth the trip. The people who work here are nice, knowledgeable, and speedy, despite being busy. The pricing is solid; I feel like they’re always having some kind of sale. If you’re in the neighborhood and want up your running or gym footwear game, this is a good option.

I spent so much money in-​store and online because one of their promotions. They ended up over charging me $ 5 and I tried to conact them about charge but all of my emails were ignored. They screw their customers and don’t care about customer loyalty… never getting another penny from me

Don’t even think of asking the staff any serious questions about running shoes. This store only exists to sell oversize white tee shirts and baseball hats. They don’t even offer a third of the stuff FL has in its other stores. I think they opened this store just to say hey have one on the Mile.

Oh Finishline why didn’t you have your «Finishline Exclusice» Air Max ¹⁄₃₆₀ hybrids? Why did the teenager that waited on my smell like a cave? Why do people gawk at you because you’re in Water Tower Place? Why the hard sell/​depleted inventory combo? Why?

Decent shoe selection, helpful staff and good sales. Weekends are crowded (this is a small store). Mostly a running-​tech store, although basketball, walking, cross training, and classics are also featured.
