I must start by saying, finally a Doctor who has state of the art equipment, is caring and respectful, can put you at ease and is knowledgable and able to explain information to her patients. I had been to 2 previous dentists. One said I had no cavities and everything looked great. When my crown came out I schedule an appointment with a new dentist as I started having anxiety issues from going to the dentist. I wanted to find a dentist who could provide services to help me relax. I found a second dentist who offered such services and it was there I was told I had a couple of cracked teeth and cavities and should consider Invisalign. This dentist put my crown on but I wasn’t happy with him. I felt like they were running an operation and didn’t really care for me as a patient. For years my spouse has been telling me how much she loves her dentist so I decided to give Dr. Redeka a try. On my consultation Dr. Redeka took the time to explain what she was going to do and the results of what she found. Dr. Redeka has wonderful bedside manners and took the time to make sure I was ok as well as offering detailed information about my teeth. I love that Dr. Redeka used the latest technology and to see what the naked eye just can’t see. She confirmed what my previous dentist visit indicated, I did have multiple cracked teeth and cavities. Dr. Redeka also talked to me about braces and gave recommendations of orthodontists I could visit. She said I would not be a good candidate for Invisalign. This is something she could have done in her own office and made more money off of yet she encouraged me to look into getting braces through an orthodontist. I scheduled multiple visits with Dr. Redeka to have old broken metal filings removed and replaced as well as cavities filled. Each visit Dr. Redeka and her staff talked me through my anxiety and took their time to make sure I was okay. They put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. She encouraged me to bring my spouse and allowed her to sit with me too! Dr. Redeka is a breath of fresh air. I cannot tell you enough good things about her. I feel so lucky to have found this wonderful doctor, someone who truly cares about her profession and her patients. An extra bonus is her wonderful staff as well as the beautiful space her husband has created with designing and building her office!

The staff at Floss dental studio is great. My cell phone had died and I was locked out of my friend’s apartment with no way to reach her. Not only did the staff let me charge my phone, they chatted with me and made me feel like a welcome client (not a nuisance) while I waited. The dentist was extremely friendly and I heard patients laughing in the back — unique for a dentist office!

I have been coming to Floss for 10 years, and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. Dr. Radeka and her staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and so friendly. They use state-​of-​the-​art equipment and techniques, yet are quite affordable. I know that my overall health, not just my dental health, has benefited from their care. Add to all of this the serene, beautiful environment. I actually find myself more relaxed when I leave.
