Foster Design Build

We were very nervous about renovating our home in Deerfield after the last experience we had with a home builder. We were VERY happy we chose Foster Design Build. From our first design meeting we were sure we made the right decision. Bob and his team did a great job keeping us informed and also did a great job keeping the budget under control. His interior designer and project coordinator always kept us in the loop especially when it came to the custom cabinetry we ordered. The kitchen renovation of part of the project was very complex due to the last builders inability to do his job however FDB stepped up right away and handled everything without missing a step. The truly remarkable thing about this whole project is Bob and his team did the entire project which was over $ 600,000 and he did not present me with one change order… not one. This is a true testament to his team and their philosophy that «spend every dollar like it is their own» I highly recommend FDB.
