I have ordered from this location many times. After seeing the ratings and reading the other reviews I am downright beside myself. I have had nothing but great experiences with this Freshii location. For example, with my most recent order, my meal was supposed to arrive between 1:20 — 1:30. At 1:03, I received a courtesy call to double check that I wanted my teriyaki sauce on the side. I confirmed. They proceeded to delivery my meal to me at approx. 1:14. Six minutes before my expected time! It was at that moment(1:14pm) that I knew this place was the real deal. It was also the moment that I realized that Steven J, Rosanna P, Lisa A, Elle C, and Brian C are not people I wish to associate with. No offense guys but either your taste buds are off or your inability to communicate properly has lead to a bad personal experience. There is no need for you to take your personal flaws and use them against such an excellent place. In my opinion, Freshii is far ahead of its time and paving the way for healthy food alternatives. I highly recommend Freshii, and this location in particular. I will be returning there soon, probably tomorrow.

In general, I think the food is typically tasty and fresh. I think the ordering process is silly — you write out your own order, then hand it to the cashier who reads it, repeats it to you, and then manually carries it to the line cooks. Why they don’t have a better system for taking orders is beyond me. The lunch manager at this location couldn’t care less and seems confused half the time. Definitely one of the weakest Freshii locations I’ve been to.

They totally messed up my Kimchii bowl. I was thoroughly disappointed. Not going back anytime soon. Get your act together Freshii! When you run a promotional menu item at least get it right!

A disappointing experience for pseudo-healthy food. I went with a friend for a healthy lunch but came out still hungry and over-budget. Food: I ordered the Pangoa bowl with chicken and it was okay — nothing fantastic but I’ve had worse. The biggest shocker came from the price(over $ 10) for the mediocre level of enjoyment. Also the food isn’t really that much healthier — if you look at the calories, most items — even the salads — have just as many or more calories as McDonalds items. Service: It took surprisingly long for them to prepare my order incorrectly. Environment: A decent amount of seating, nothing special but good for small groups of 2 – 4.

Not surprisingly, the other Freshii’s in the area get poor ratings and this one is no exception. I don’t know how this company stays open and continues to expand. I first tried Freshii years ago when one opened near the Sears Tower. That one was just okay. My office moved to River North and so I thought I would try this new location on LaSalle. The quality of their salads are just as so bad and for place called Freshii, you would think they would be knocking out some FRESH salads. The lettuce was mostly wilted, the chicken tasted like it had been microwaved(you know that weird taste reheated chicken gets? nasty.) and with all of the stuff in my salad you would think it would be flavorful but it was really bland. The salad was also served at about room temperature. After a few bites, I ended up throwing away my $ 11 salad because it was so unappetizing. Never again.

This is the first time I visited Freshii and I would not return. I ordered a Southwestern Chicken Soup. When I returned to work, there was no chicken in it. It was filled with rice, broth, broccoli, and corn. It also had absolutely no taste/flavor too it — so they shouldn’t call it Southwestern Chicken Soup — it should just be called tasteless soup broth with vegetables. Also, it was $ 8.32 for soup. That’s remarkably outrageous if you ask me. Do not go here — there are much better places in the area like Hannah’s Bretzel and Lyfe Kitchen.
